While GM sales are down overall, there are some bright spots, and some areas of concern.

Buick, Cadillac, Hummer and Saab up from a year ago.

Saturn, Pontiac, Chevrolet down, in some cases significantly from a year ago.

GM's criticized minivan sales are mixed: up for Buick, Pontiac, and Chevy, down for Saturn.

New Launch vehicles are up: DTS, Lucerne, Solstice, Tahoe, and Escalade

Chevy Corvette outsold the entire Saab division.

Hummer: up 187%

h3: 13,000 sold in '06

Saturn Vue: up 30%

yes a refresh is coming, but i don't think it will be enough unless the interior is completely redesigned. In its class I see no reason to pick the sts over superior cars like the M45, A6, 540, etc.

THIS is why I was worried about Cadillac and subsequently started that thread about it...

GM, you CANNOT allow Cadillac to regres!!!!!! They need freshened product and they need it NOW!!! Not 3 years from now, that'll be too late!
