I didn't see any prototypes...

...but I did run into the former Vice Chairman of General Motors.

As you might imagine, there's really only one man who would fly over GM's proving grounds in a Aero L-39 Albatros fighter jet at low altitude, bank hard right and make a hasty exit.

That is the kind of jet they race at the Reno Air Races.

I'm in Reno as much as I can be. The Peppermill is my preferred location. I will be up there for sure Memorial Weekend for a Basketball tournament. I love the Silver Peak Brewery in town too.

Cool...nothing funny (funny ha-ha or funny strange) ever seems to happen in my work. Just the infinite despair and drudgery of software development in a big bank.
