disclaimer, i have not checked the Cadillac website.

today, i saw in the flesh an orange / copper color CURRENT gen CTS.

I was not aware this color was available on the CTS anymore.

Was this a custom paint job?

Looked hot by the way. Better than it did on the first gen CTS.

I remember the 1st gen CTS in that color, don't think I've seen the 2nd gen in it.

My favorite colors on the 2nd gen CTS are the Black Cherry (very dark wine color red) and the bright medium dark red that was in all the '08-09 advertising...

I found an image... Hot Lava Orange Edition:

Oooh, purdy!

Indeed! I generally hate orange unless it's a tic tac orange sort, but the CTS makes it hott.

Cadillac could sure use a "special edition" color for the CTS now. My recommendation would be to at least begin by offering all the colors on the CTS Coupes--at present, for example, "Vanilla Latte" is not available on the Coupe. A color combination I would love on a CTS Coupe (along with the Recaro Seat Option--now only offered on the V-Series Coupes) is from the DTS model--the rare "Ocean Pearl" Tricoat color with the "Light Linen" leather interior--Sharp, sharp, sharp!

There is a color combo I've seen on some current Acuras (RDX, TL) that would great on the CTS IMO...it's a metallic root beer brown w/ a light tan leather interior..love that color combo.
