OK these two phrases are messing with my head... where are they from?

..."from Lake Geneva to the Freeland Station..."

and

..."I get my kicks above the waistline, Sunshine..."

Had to Google it, but it appears to be Viva Life on Mars by Robbie Williams who, apparently, exists.

OK OK, stop badgering me, everybody! "...from Lake Geneva to the Freeland Station" is a phrase heard in the song "West End Girls" by Pet Shop Boys.
