Hey cool, they got a LEFT!!!!!!!!!!!!! mode.

:nono:

a straight line mode was needed more than NASCAR finding yet another way to whore itself out for more commercialization.

Holy $h! that looks awesome! When does it come out? I have GT5 Prologue, and have been waiting for this. I guess the NASCAR part is why EA Sports didn't get the rights to make a NASCAR 2010.

Looks OK... they always over-raytrace the demos, so there is no way actual game play will be so sharp and fluid.

OTOH, I liked the few hints at body damage... its about time... it'll be interesting to see how accurate body damage will be, and if every car gets it. Many manufacturers don't want us smashing up their cars.

I'm still not seeing what caused a three year delay.

Maybe you can skip the NASCAR part.

more than likely you'll never have to do it. i never did any of the wrc races on 4.

rumor has it that the delays have been due to more efforts on prologue updates. WTF? enough with the overglorified $40 demo and give me the game fools!

I think I just found a reason to get the PS3

I wonder if my Gran Turismo wheel for the PS2 will work on the PS3

they make adapters for ps2 to ps3 mad catz has a decent one for $15 at bestbuy.

I was confused and thought this game had been released already, but then I looked it up and that was only the "prologue" version. The full version with hundreds of cars will be well worth the wait.

Actually, it has been stated that those graphics are real time. It seems the trend among developers has become to make trailers which show off the graphics as they will be when you play the game, rather than heavily rendered cinematics...though, with the consoles of today, it isn't impossible to make amazing looking games. GT5 is pretty nice, but it seems pretty typical when compared to other games in the pipeline, like GOW3 or Uncharted 2, which I would imagine are far more intensive.
