Wow, Vipes... that's cold. I love Buick and Pontiac equally so asking me to cut one would be like asking a mother to kill one child! Buick should NEVER be mesed wiht but then agian neither shuld have Olds. The current Buick lineup does royally suck!

The 'El Camino' conversion has been done in reality using the Monte as a base. No wonder it worked out so well (installing the truck bed, that is).

I've seen a last gen Mustang done up with a pickup bed, I dont think I've seen the Monte, although it does make sense.

Hummer H2-I hate them and the people who drive them. Tools.

funny i think that about prius drivers.

G3 - when I see one, I think "Why did they bother?"

G6 - too many Epsilon cooks in the kitchen

H2 - too big, too heavy, too thirsty for this day and age

Aveo - smaller car that gets worse mileage than a Cobalt. Again, why bother?

Outlook - too many Lambda cooks in the kitchen

G3, G5, H2, Outlook, Torrent.

I think the Sky is actually the better looking of the kappa's.

The midsize trucks just need a good update....maybe slap DI on the 4 and 5....and 5-6 speeds too

Funny, I will pick them both out of my H2 Grill. I consider myself a considerate defensive driver and the H2 supports my need for offroad fun, pulling trailers and many other needs that the Prius cannot do or any other car.

Reality is people who you might consider tools are usually inconsiderate assholes who get in the fast lane and drive 55 cause they think they should force everyone else to their way of thinking or driving.

Reality, the freedom of this country is what gives us all the choice to pick the auto we want and drive it the way we want.

I just wish people could be nice enough to each other to realize that you stay to the right unless you are passing or driving faster than others and then you get in the left hand lane.

In regards to the 5 models, I have decided to pick lines instead and yes I hate to do this to one that I have bought from and love but at this point I believe the long term survival of GM is more important than a product line. Plus they can add the capabilities to other families products.

KILL
Saturn
Hummer
Pontiac

Survival would be as follows

Chevy, entry level to mid level
GMC/Buick, mid level to start of luxury
Cadillac, total luxury. No need for a set of cars to compete against BMW or Mercedes in their 1 category. That is what BUICK / GMC is for and then people who truly only need entry level eco box's can go to chevy.

Said it many times but GM needs to get back to the basic's of just 3 tiers and call it a day.

Or Five GM Brands you would get rid of.

Just get rid of GM and change our forum's motto to Automobile's Most Satirical Critics and Jovial Friends
