Yes... that's popular thing to say about it. It's different when you can do it, but I've found out that time does fly while doing it. I don't do it that much (really, I don't), mainly just to cure boredom. :P

Chris... I couldn't tell you. It's just those ones that supposedly put you to sleep. Whatever they're called (don't have them with me at the moment). They don't really do what they're supposed to just as caffeine doesn't keep me awake. But yeah... I found out that it does wonders for other things... :P
