used to key fobs or something? or start carrying a coat hanger.

Smart Key in the Prius, the Fusion, L200 and Sebring all had keyless entry. The biggest issue is that the LeSabre is such a POS that nobody is going to steal it, so I just leave the keys in the ignition at the house or when I run into the store. So it becomes a problem when I push down the doorlock (power locks work when they want to, need to get on top of that) and forget to yank the keys.

people will still steal it. they stole my caprice and i have a crazy kill switch setup custom to say the least.

Yep, and since the Balt only has two doors, and Fob seems a waste anyways.....

After living with no fob for her car, you get used to it after a while....

Baby in one hand, key in the other....

Well the Intrepid has keyless so I never forget the keys...as I always lock and unlock it with them. However I have locked myself out of the Prizm before. What I ended up doing was making a copy of its key and keeping it in my wallet.

What Dodgefan said. I locked the keys in my '81 GP in the high school parking lot (and had to get my aunt to bring me a spare, it was embarrassing) so many times it was stupid... then I had a spare made and put it in my wallet. Funny I never needed the spare key after that.

Cappy, if your truck has power locks, your dealer can install keyless entry pretty simply if Kim really wants it.

I'm so used to keyless entry w/ fobs that I often forget and leave the old cars unlocked. Locking and unlocking the doors with a key is something I haven't done regularly for nearly a decade now...

The first day I drove my Mustang to high school in 1987 I locked the keys in it...so embarrassing.

100% of the time, I fail every time

Nah, Satty, that's being completely and successfully consistent!

 Perhaps your best option is to lock yourself in the car with them.

Managed to go to the store and not lock the keys in the car. I was driving the Prius, so its just about impossible to lock the fob inside.
