I've had that on vehicles since the early 1980s. In the mid 80's there were windshield banners sold like that as well....

Our shop truck had "Move Over" backwards on the front of the hood in 1981 or 1982....

Not a picture, but definitely funny.

As you all probably know - most pop acts lipsync when performing live. They sing quietly into the mic anyways so that it looks real. The sound guy for a Miley Cyrus performance recorded what she actually sang and put it up on Youtube. It's pretty funny.
