I'm heading up to the Reno Peppermill to see Randy Daytona preform his vaunted pin-pong extravaganza for the weekend.

The Peppermill is half neon 80s and half tuscan villa. What a concept!

Its cool to have a birthday with such esteemed company!

Happy Birthday all around!

Drinkin' a Heineken...

you know what i hate about being in a dry country... and by dry i mean acohol free, trust me i hate the fact i go outside and the sky is the same color as the ground...

its not drinking beer, cause thats not my thing, but i could go for some liquor...

And spending my birthday, with some esteemed company, haha besides my immediate family, and cheers and gears, i was not wished a happy birthday by any of my peers, when the majority of the deployment so far, there has been a moment to recognize everyones birthday or special event in front of everyone.

but spending my birthday, in a 120+ degree weather, in a combat zone, away from my wife, my dogs, my truck... and now its the 4th of july, and i still dont feel independant or like a free man, actually there was no celebration here, there was no fireworks... i was disapointed...

you guys are best...

I'm glad that C&G could be a bright spot in your day.

Thanks to everyone else for the good wishes. My actual day was pleasant, but quiet. Rumor has it that the celebration takes place tonight. :AH-HA_wink:
