Then stop talking about restoring a $50 Dodge Shadow that's ready to break in half with rust and a $50 Dodge Caravan with a bent unibody and pull the trigger! There's not a thing wrong in the world with a '67 Catalina.

My brother doesn't want it. Do you guys actually read posts all the way through? His money not mine. If I had a grand to spare (or a grand period) I'd go take a look for myself. Oh well, someday.

Nope, must've missed that. I think maybe because you left it at this:

no matter what, the waterpump is being replaced and it's going to become a daily driver until my mom gets a new car, since the rental has to go back today.

... which makes no mention of your brother not wanting it. Please tell me one of you guys is driving that deathtrap and mom's got the Intrepid. I'm embarassed for her and fearful for her safety if she doesn't.

And smash open your piggy bank and buy that Pontiac!

Funny story about that. My mom was actually afraid to drive the car. She said it was too big and such...which is baffling because she drove the bigger fan no problem. She said the longer nose made her nervous. Well with the rental gone, and with my girlfriend not wanting to play taxi 24/7 my mom finally was willing to drive the Intrepid. Jessica took her out for a spin yesterday, and apparently mom complimented how well it drives/rides/handles. I'm like...well duh. :P

The pig's empty. I have about $350 now thanks to car insurance and some things that had to be paid...so no money for sexy car. :(
