I'm organizing a big show on July 13 at Sears in Hicksville, NY. This is looking every day to be a very big show so if you're anywhere nearby be sure to bring your ride. See the attached poster for all info.

i live less then a mile away from there... before the Krispey Kreme came and went, that parking lot used to be a big meeting spot...

Actually that cruise night used to be on the other side of the lot where Commerce Bank is now. We then moved to Audrey Ave. in Oyster Bay every Tuesday, the best cruise on LI. Some pics from a couple of years ago http://dftowel.com/carshows/OBcruise081506

Hmmm, maybe I will go too, I will be up at the outlaws, ermm, I mean in-laws then. One last visit to East Meadow, before we take the Pontiac Custom-S on our cross country road trip to California.

PCS?!?!?! you can visit me! i live very close to East Meadow, and a mile away from this Sears! YAY!

Just thought I saw your Nova heading that way when on June 17th. Also I won't be going to Hicksville, NY, something else has caught my eye, so I will be doing that instead. :AH-HA_wink:

Good show today! Being that I work in sears, I stopped by after work. Loved the Bel-Air and Old Plymouths

Thanks, it sure was a great turnout. I actually met a couple of people from different forums and everyone seemed to really enjoy the show. They'll be a few changes for next year but all in all it worked out very well.

The only real problem we had was with the food, we were restricted by Sears to use only the hot dog guy due to his contract with them. He also was price gouging and he refused to make any kind of donation to the cause. Hopefully next year we'll be rid of him.
