Description The annual meeting of stockholders of General Motors Corporation will be held at 9 a.m. local time on Tuesday, June 3, 2008, at the Hotel du Pont, 11th and Market Streets, Wilmington, Delaware. The meeting will include a report on the state of the business and then focus on electing directors, voting on the selection of independent public accountants and stockholder proposals, and related discussion. After that, we will provide time for business-related questions and comments.

Stockholders who plan to attend should detach and retain the admission ticket attached to their proxy card. As space is limited, stockholders may bring only one guest to the meeting. If investors hold their stock through a broker, bank, or other nominee, they should bring evidence to the meeting that they owned GM common stock as of the record date of April 4, 2008, and they will be provided with an admission ticket. If stockholders receive their annual meeting materials electronically and wish to attend the meeting, they should follow the instructions provided on-line for attendance.

A form of government-issued photograph identification will be required to enter the meeting. To permit as many stockholders as possible to participate, only stockholders or their valid proxy holders may speak at the meeting. Large bags and packages, cameras, recording equipment, and other electronic devices will not be permitted in the meeting, and attendees will be subject to security inspections.

Isn't that nice, GM always holds this around my birthday, because I'm special. One year Jack Smith even sang Happy Birthday to me. And it's always in Wilmington, Delaware, again because I'm special! :rotflmao:

If you go, eat in the Green Room, it's to die for!
