Same dash as in our ol' '77 Safari- I miss that car.

Pontiac print ads ran hot-n-heavy for the whole line in this era. I remember the Bonne refresh in '80- a dark tangerine-esque color that was really fetching in print (I have a copy, but apparently it's not on the web anywhere)- if you could manage to find a steel-roof coupe with Snowflake rims, that was a sharp cruiser. If I had one, I'd have to slam a set of the T/A Turbine wheels on it. That, and a 455 underhood.

Neat PonBon...I had a buddy in college that drove a silver '79 4dr with a red interior similar to that one. Nice big cruiser.

I can tell you that is a very rare to find a Bonneville of this vintage with bucket seats, floor shifter, limited slip, guages and sport steering wheel. If that was me ordering that car back in 79, I would have ordered it with the 5.7 liter 350 4 BBL V8 in place of the silly vinyl roof, the RTS ride and handling suspension and the Pontiac rally IV wheels with red Pontiac center crests in place of the horrid heavy wire wheel hub caps. This car with those options is really sharp and colorful and in sharp contrast to todays bland generic colorless sedans with there gray interiors. These cars also ride like a dream. I would also be very leary of that 301 4BBL with 152,000 miles. They were known for weak bottom ends, timing chain failure and cam and lifter issues. Of course this all may have already been done to this engine anyways but was never mentioned in the writeup.

What a beautiful car. The big Pontiacs of the 1970's and early 1980's were underrated and should have sold as well as their Buick and Oldsmobile cousins.

I had a 1977 sedan and yes that is rare a 79 with a floor shifter than alone is worth buying it for. A 350 or 455 and some Rally wheels, or Turbines on that baby would look great.
