i would like to see GM make one v-6 to the best standards it could, comparable to an LSx motor in output/cu.in.

oops, looked, the 4.3L isn't listed that it has a manual option.

Two V6s with various features would be nice, such as 3.6/3.6 DI/3.6 DI Turbo/3.6 Supercharged or what have you. Have a smaller-displacement unit for use in Alpha cars.

Also, a selection of Diesel V6s.

Few companies build more than one diesel V6, except to add sequential turbos for higher output. Once you get into that price and power range yo8u really don't need another. Aside from the broader HFV6 range (2.8 to 3.6 L), there are more V6s than those listed being built—the LZ-series CVVT 60deg V6 range starts at 3.0 L (AFM).

It's three V6s with five sizes...but even that's too many. Two of them have been on life-support for quite some time, though.
