Haha. After debugging my parents and there hate for ebay i got them to let me purchase a new All-Mountain type mountain bike!! (the reason they had to be convinced is because i didnt have but 6/7 of the cash needed)

Its a Haro Extreme X6 last years model. The bike has a 130MM fork and a 6 inch travel coil over frame shock. (X Fusion Glyde).

Heres a picture,

Anyone else into mountain biking?

I have two bikes.

One is a DeVinci "Hucker" (Quebec Brand) and has Rock Shox 'Psylos' that are adjustable from 3" to 5".

The one I ride to work is a cheap, beat up, old-school, Powerlite BMX, similar to this model.

I once had a Kent... white frame, with neon green graphics and neon green tires. I never loved another bike as much as that Kent, and I regret the day (back in the early 90's?) that I sold it at a garage sale.

Sadly, I need a new beater before I get a new bike...

I want a bike rack for the back-but with my wagon-I'd have to put it on top....

But I'd like something light..and with good shocks...so I could take it anywhere....

And, oh yeah-it can't be like 3 grand....

There is only one bike company for me that is American made in Long Island, NY. That bike company is IronHorse, I own 3 of their bikes, two trail bikes and one cruiser (retro 50's bike).

Actually Trek Bikes (anything other than there entry level bikes) are american made. So what model of iron horses do you have? got pics?
