I tend to squint my eyes, furrow my brow...maybe roll my tongue around inside my mouth.

Another thing is I always tend to do things with my hands in meetings...play with coins, fiddle w/ my cell phone, take my watch on and off, play with a pen, etc..

Well, I don't stick my tongue out, but I have found myself pressing my tongue against a certain spot inside my mouth. It's so weird, why do people do that? It's one of the great mysteries of life.
