I sure hope you painted those headlights yourself instead of paying someone else to do it... Looks good. I'd paint the mirrors. Love the Z symbols. And I want that spoiler too. How much was it and how much to paint it?

Yep, I did. :) My headlights are old and have a lot of bug marks on them though so I'm either going to get another OEM set and paint them again or get the black halos like you have (your car looks really good btw too).

Actually I'd like to paint the mirrors as well. I'd much rather have them red. Thanks! The spoiler, it's been a while and I don't remember. Sorry. I got it from the Wings West website (www.wingswest.com) and a local installer painted it and I got my back panel painted and filled at the same time. I want to say they charged me $400 for that (both things). The majority of the cost was the filling in of the letters on the back panel. I'm not really happy with the quality of the job though on the spoiler. I have a different body shop now and I'm going to get them to repaint it (it currently has more orange peel than the rest of the car). Also it sits a little higher than the rest of the car and I'm not cool with that. Edited by SuperDave

nice Camaro, kind of reminds me of a special edition version (was it Berger Chev?)... anyway, I dig the Z06 wheels. That's the only mod I would do to the overall aesthetics of my car, except I would keep the factory finish.

Thx, yeah, the Berger ZL1 (and some of their other ones) has some similar things going on - the black back panel (although those are flat black), the billet grille with a centered old-school logo and in the case of the ZL1, Z06 wheels.

I knew when I saw the back panel on those cars, I had to paint mine black.

I was thinking back in the late 90s about how cool '69 RS hockey stick stripes would look on a 4th gen. Camaro. Or how about Baldwin Motion stripes? Yenko stripes probably would not work all that well but I'd give it a try. Fantastic car and thanks fopr sharing, sorry to hear about the auto trans. :( Edited by Sixty8panther
