Well... I figured it was time to retire the original R&M thread so I made a new one.

First off here's a small collection of interesting "retired" cars along Rt.66

http://netintime.tripod.com/old-cars/oldcars.html

----

Next up is the South Austin Speed Shop

----

And finally here's an AWSOME blog: "Telstar Logistics"

http://telstarlogistics.typepad.com/telsta...land/index.html

make sure to check out:

- Cadillac & Lockheed connection?! SCROLL ALMOST HALF WAY DOWN

- Video of U.S. Army Hummer driving through Iraq

- United States Library of Congress (archive of color photographs) "America from the Great Depression to World War II, 1939-1945"

This is a great example of the T.W.C.C. project we have been discussing.

Call it a "watermark". Imagine this same basic concept but street legal.

I hope we can get the ball rolling on "Operation Mousetrap" soon!

My daughter broke her Ipod

She got the Ipod Nano (black) for Christmas 2 years ago. It's not under warranty and I will NOT spend the money to fix it. What she says happened is it got tangled in the wheels of her computer chair and she ran it over. The screen is cracked. She could care lass anyway. She's over it. It has a USB cable and I think I can find the box it came in and maybe the paperwork.

I need:

A CD player for my car

An easy to use digital recorder

Money

Make me an offer if you're interested. My car is a $h!box, so I can't travel too far from Plymouth or Weymouth (I'm there a lot).

Interesting..I saw some of the pics there were from I-40 in Grants, NM... I've been through there a few times on my way to Phoenix...lots and lots of cars junked along the sides of the road..

Cool. 60 moons is a lot, that's wacky. I would think a "moon" would

have to be at least 200 miles in diameter, wut whatever.

Now in other news I'd like to slap and punch the retard who reuined

this pre-war car. This was probably a gorgeous Cadillac, maybe not

mint but you know what they say, it's only original once.

What an ugly $h!pile it got hacked up into. Monochromatic, chopped

riced & "modernized" classic cars make me sick to my stomach! <_<

Honestly, a 1939 cadillac that is trying to be a Starsky & hutch Torino?

 Gross!

This idiot should either buy a bus pass or a Chrysler PT.

"Operation Mousetrap" whaaat? Nice pics you rock
Posted

AWSOME! :P

MM:

Operation Mousetrap involves rescuing a certain pre-war

GM car from the junkyard and making the scariest looking

fnederless, rotted, rat-rod possible with a shoe-string

budget and just basic tools. This means I need to be able

to have space & time which is now non-existant, oh well.
