I cant speak for the 07's but the GTP's were not very common when we were shoping for the 06. Lots of GT Coupes though. I also believe their will be 2 types of GTP's. The 6 sp standard cars will have the 3.9 and the automatic's will have the 3.6. Then think about the rectractables. All this will challenge the dealers in their inventory, so possibilities I would imagine will be limited. There was only 3 06's last July in our 50 mile radious. Only 6 in a 100 mile radious search.

Best bet would be to go to the Pontiac site and do a build of the car you would like and use the find car locator.

For '07, the 3.9L engine is only available as part of the $990 Sport Package with a 6 speed manual trans on the GT model. The GTP comes standard with the 3.6L/six speed auto. I went to a nearby Pontiac dealer today and saw a black GT coupe with Sport, a bright blue GTP coupe, and a silver GTP sedan. The car should be easy to get as far as engine availability goes, as the Saturn Aura XR has the same setup, and the Saturn dealer has plenty of those in stock. Edited by ocnblu

Thanx for the replies.

From what I've read the GTP coupe has some of the suspension upgrades that the Saturn Aura has so I am hopeful that the Sedan GTP gets those as well.

It's between this and one other vehicle new 07 altima But i do have GM card with lots of point built up on it so

The 07 GTP coupes are easy to spot real quickly. Just look for the 20/28 rating for the 3.6/auto which is how 95% seems to be equipped and the decontented bodyside moldings on the 2 door coupes. We have many in the upstate, NY area.
