Milk. Usually from the cereal bowl. If not that i have water on the extremely rare ocasion or nothing at all. I never drink cofee because it tastes bad usually and i never drink juice beause of the friggen high sugar content (I'm a diabetic and it SUCKS), and, on a higher note: I pretty much never have a lot of time in the morning to get anything to drink.  <_<

Ahh. Another fellow diabetic. Isnt it fun having to watch every little thing you consume for fear of raising your sugar level out of whack. Though I dont mind nicely filtered cold water. Getting rid of a 6 pack a day of reguler Pepsi or Mountain Dew helped it out a big amount.

I have skim milk on my cereal and some sort of juice. Right now it's cranberry (not the overly-sugary cocktail). I don't like coffee. Hot, green tea with honey and a piece of candied ginger hits the spot on weekends when I have time to relax and enjoy it.

Interesting responses.

I am a dyed-in-the-wool, hardcore, gotta-have-it coffee drinker. The Wawa (convenience store for non-locals) has a wide selection of coffees but I always go for the highest octane version in the 24 ounce cup. Often, I have two of those before noon. I also love coffee after a good dinner.

However, I drink water all day long and like most juices and whole milk (regular and chocolate) as well as tea both hot and iced, green tea, and a beer or three from time to time. Yes, I'm with Picard as well, Earl Grey is good stuff.

No soda, ever.

What is the Capt. Picard reference? I don't get it.

I inhale soda. When I go to Italy to visit relatives, they stock up on Coca-Cola before I arrive. I know it's really not good for you, but it tastes so damn refreshing on a hot summer day in the Motherland.

Whenever Capt, Picard wanted a drink, he'd walk up to the replicator and order thusly: "Tea! Earl Grey. Hot."

I've got to have water in the morning before anything else. Ice cold and refreshing.

milk or juice, whatever I have in the house. never coffee, can't stand the stuff, plus I promised myself as a kid I wouldn't ever become a slave to it like every adult I knew.
