Sure, why not. They'll build one plant here.....send all the assemblies over from China....and have "American built cars".........while the Big 3 "continues to outsource" to Mexico and overseas. In fact.....Geely will more American than the Big 3...."because, at least they are building plants in America".

Then we will not feel ashamed to buy this Chinese crap. It's foolproof......just see: Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Kia, and Hyundai.

Considering the fact Geely has pushed back the American launch date of their cares 10 times, I'll take this with a very small grain of salt.
