Hey, just wondering if there is any online specs for older cars. ( 1977 Monte Carlo ). My 1st car, ( im 16 ), and just having fun with it.

I dont have the manual, ( I still await it ), so for now I need to know if there is any online specs. like microfiche or how ever you call it.

Thanks.

have you tried googling for it? just look for "Specs for 1977 Monte Carlo" as simple as it sounds... it may be the solution you need haha

actually, I'd try googling "monte carlo forum". There's bound to be one that includes enthusiasts for the 70s models, and they can probably tell you enough about the car to make your head explode.

Heck, if there are more than a dozen for Saturns, there ought to be something for monte carlo's... lol

Congrats on your first car, '77 MC :).

As for online specs, as others have said, do a search.

Also, have you called GM for your Restoration Packet? If not, call 800-222-1020. They'll ask for your VIN.

This is what I can find for 0-60 and 1/4 mile:

1975 Chevrolet Monte Carlo 400ci 10.2 17.5

1980 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Turbo 11.9 18.9

Neither are a '77 and I'm not sure what type of specs you're looking for.
