I went to the dealership this morning to get some trim put on the Cobalt's interior door pulls to keep the fabric beneath them from coming loose, which actually didn't come out so bad...

But anyway, while I was there I checked out a 2007 Cobalt, with new steering wheel and radio unit.

Also, someone at church owns a 2007 Aveo, which I see regularly.

A very sweet, loaded yellow 2007 Solstice in the showroom of the local (not the same place I went to look at the G6 last weekend) Pontiac dealership. I sat in it. It's a good thing the interior was leather, easier to sop up the drool. What a honey that car is.

Also, I spoke with a salesperson about a G6. The kid (son of the dealership owner) was very personable, and answered my questions honestly, calmly and completely. If I buy a Pontiac, it will be from this dealership. Totally different from the shiesters at the other place.

A riced Corolla. Complete with ugly rims, a gigantic spoiler, an exhaust larger than my math book, 2 tons of lower-body plastic, tinted windows, some kind of graphics on the front and rear windshields, a carriage top, and gold badging/pinstriping.

Then I saw a DTS in Crimson Pearl and a GTO in Pulse Red and all was ok.

I actually saw, coming toward me on the road, a Holden Monaro. I don't believe it had the Vauxhall emblem. It was silver with the GTO hood scoops. I didn't get a good look at the rear spoiler. How in the heck did I see this in Lancaster, PA?

Well, my hood scoop comment was meant to signify the model year of the Monaro, as I believe they put the scoops on the Aussie version of the car at pretty near the same time the GTOs got them... I've seen the Vauxhalls in ads in Top Gear with them on. I just thought it was odd to see one.

Mercedes GL450, black.

The parking lot was so congested, the dumb :censored: driving it was on her cell-phone and almost backed into a Civic.

Proof, that backup sensors can be a waste of money on some people.

Staff member at the college just bought a white Aura, I guess to go with his Sky...idn't get to look at it closely yet, bu I saw brown leather. White's not the best color but the car looks damn nice....

And a couple minutes later a L-series parked next to it...what a difference!

Last night I went to vote early at a police station..parked in the lot when I came out was a pale plue early '60s Dodge Lancer...haven't seen one of those in ages... strange looking car, very similiar to a Valiant of that era.
