Here are some pictures of the Dodge Nitro from the Barrie Auto Show in Ontario, taken by Polish_Kris.

I rather liked it. Great looking color and style. Not bad interior except for the DCX plastics.

So how solidly attached is/was the steering column? Did you check? I don't see the pictures...and what about the "finger in the closed door" test? Sorry, but I need more vital information.

Aw come on. I did pull on the steering column surround. It flexed, but did not come apart. There were no discernable gaps in the door seams.

Wait till I post my impressions of the Lincoln MKX.

It seems to have two personalities depending which end you are at. The front has a retro look and the back seems modern bland. The ends don't seem to jive. In spite of that, I like it.

I'm pretty sure it's bigger than both. It's based on the next gen Jeep Liberty platform.....which has grown in size. I think a bigger Jeep Liberty would be bigger than an Equinox.

this just in, i was noticing the awfully terrible horrible interior plastics and it reminded me of the prototype spy photo for this vehicle which also showed the cheeseball interior
