Far from it. In fact, DCX announced that they are going to put this into production (albeit limited). The pricetag will be in the quarter-million dollar range. So to help buyers to swallow the premium price, the Tomahawk will sold under the Chrysler premium brand.

Both. That's what we have in the Durango... the thing's way underpowered. Add that to the Durango being a damn pig (even kinda looks like one) and you've got one $h!ty vehicle.

Oh, and our Durango likes to stall out on us, too... and it's an '05.

The 4.7 will never be a 318 (5.2). The 318 engine is/was reliable as the Rock of Gibralter and could haul some pretty serious ass when equipped in the second-generation Dakota. The 4.7 is a led weight with eight-cylinders.

Hey, DCX, make a new non-Hemi V8. The 4.7 is a anemic old mutt.

Or. . .hmmm. . .how about a smaller Hemi (like a 4.5 or something)?
