Yup... I have seasons 1-8 on DVD... can quote episodes off the top of my head. Not much a fan of the last several seasons, although a few eps have shown hope. Waiting for more to come out on DVD... love that they're absolutely packed with extras.

I hope The Simpsons go away after the rumored movie. I'm sorry, but that show has really degradated in the last few seasons.

The episodes made between 1989 and 1997 were great.

Now, Futurama on the other hand, that show has hope.

It's not going to go away right after the movie--it's signed on through its 19th season, 2007-08. I do however hope it just makes it for an even 20. I'm OCD like that LOL

We only have Seasons 1-6 on DVD but me & Marcia are both pretty

big Simpsons fans. It's the greatest show since Laurel & Hardy and

it was the best animated series with no competition until Family Guy

came along. Simpsons will go down in history as the Beatles of

cartoons... timeless, instant classic, household name & fused to

popular culture like no other show post "I Love Lucy".

Big Homer fan here! Watched the show ever since it began. Probably the only show I've consistently watched during it's run. I've got Homers all over the place! In my office (24" singing & dancing Santa Homer), homer boxers & pjs, stuffed Homers galore, air fresheners in 2 of my 3 cars - you get the point!).

I've been a fan since it debuted when I was in college... the last 8-9 nine seasons have been pretty weak, though. I just got the season 8 DVD set..looking forward to watching it--there were many good episodes that season, IIRC..

I'm still a fan, though these past few seasons have been very, very poor. I don't think it's anything that can't be fixed with new writers, though. During the show's best years, gags were hilarious in their subtlety and the characters had complexity. In contrast, The writing the past few seasons seems so forced and predictable, almost making the show seem like a parody of itself. I'd love to see some fresh writers brought in to inject some new ideas into the show, those who understand what made the show so great, yet don't resort to recycling old storylines.

I think Family Guy screwed its writers up, or it's just lack of creativity. I started watching when I was 3 or so. BUt the last few years are horrible.

The last episode I watched was like 4 years ago and it had something about a mummy getting an erection.

I turned the TV off then and there.

The video's pretty dang funny. Family Guy's just a mixed-up, wannabe show copied off The Simpsons. I still like the show. Season 7 is the best so far.

Q: In which seasons do these episodes appeaar?

1. The Simpsons somehow mess with the law. They go to prison and see Bill Clinton and Elmo (who says 'Elmo went to wrong fundraiser'), and then they go to France.

2. The doctor examines Homer's brain and finds crayons. Homer says he shoved them up his nose.
