This bike transfers the spirit of the R 90 S into the here and now. R 12 S embodies the retro sporty motorcycle blending several of the R 90 S ingredients in paying i…

Millennials embracing electric motorcycles while baby boomers in their final years embracing the HOG. Harley-Davidson for the last few years struggled with getting a price and feature competitive electric motorcycle out. The original Livewire motorcycle was consider…

I don't own it yet, but this is what I've decided on if I can ever stop having big bills biting me in the ass and Trump stops tanking the stock market. (That's not a political statement, his actions have a direct effect on the stock market in the past two months, all bad ones)

Confederate Motorcycles built and sold 35 of these bikes in ICE configuration before renaming the company and dedicating themselves to building only EV versions of their bikes. 170 HP and 290 lb-ft of torque, this bike will move. https://www.autoblog.com/2018/05/14/curtiss-zeus-electric-motorcycle/ This is cool, a real Light Cycle type EV Bike. The Neutron has 100 miles range, looks bad ass and they have a cop version of it. https://www.autoblog.com/2017/06/09/neutron-e-motorcycle-autoblog-minute/

G. David Felt - Staff Writer Alternative Energy - www.cheersandgears.com Riding Assist-e at 45th Annual Tokyo Motor Show Have to hand it to Honda, I am very much interested in this bike. An EV bike that will have between 100-200 miles of charge and built in autobalance in the way of a Segway will reduce the balance work of the rider. To quote the Honda Corporations press release: Honda Riding Assist-e (World premiere) The Honda Riding Assist-e features Honda’s unique balance control technology, developed through its humanoid robot research. The motorcycle automatically balances itself at very low speeds, reducing rider load. This model…

Volkswagen, still under steep financial pressure from their diesel emissions scandal, is apparently looking to put some of its many assets on the auction block. Up first looks to be famed Italian motorcycle builder Ducati. In July of 2012, Volkswagen originally acquired Ducati for $909 million through a complicated transaction involving subsidiary Audi which in turn owns Lamborghini which is the current holder of Ducati. The purchase was the brainchild of then VW Chairman Ferdinand Piëch, a long time motorcycle enthusiast. Analysts at the time felt that it was more a trophy purchase for Chariman Piëch than one that made financial sense for VW. Sources have reported…
