    I have a number of new features planned for CheersandGears.com for 2015. The first new feature comes to us from long time member Balthazar. He has cued up trivia questions for us to answer each week. Some weeks, we will be offering prizes to the first to answer all 5 questions correctly. We will reveal the answers to this week's questions in next week's post.

    1 Bundy had a Gold Plymouth Duster on the shows I saw.

     

    2 Hurst Olds [442], AMC Hurst Scrambler, Hurst Chrysler 300, Hurst Pontiac GP for extra credit

     

    3 Springfield Massachusetts was where the chassis and engines were built the bodies at Brewster in NY and other custom shop as done in the era.

     

    4 Trick question as many will say 1955 but it was the 1950 Chevy with the new body style that was the first Bel Air

     

    5 Dodge Daytona,  Studebaker Daytona and hmmm. Will you accept the limited edition Shelby Daytona Coupe?

      I'm starting to sour on Starbucks.  It has been going on for a while.  I went in and a grande (medium) Earl Grey hot tea cost me $3.75.  That's 2 bags of Earl Grey tea, hot water, a paper cup with a plastic lid, and labor ... and just how much overhead and planned profit? Not only that, they are lowering the bar on their employees who are getting dumb and dumber.

      * Anyone remember me!? Been almost 2 years since I visited and posted. Life is short and unpredictable; treasure every moment.       How it started: How it's going: Funny story - apparently those spark plug covers with the "4 Valve" silver lettering have been out of production for years and you can only get reproductions with no lettering or black lettering.  I knew I needed a set way back when I first bought them and grabbed them on an e-bay auction randomly only because I thought they looked better than the plain ones. I didn't realize I was grabbing something made of unobtanium.
