Subaru has pulled back the curtain on the new WRX Concept today at the New York Auto Show and we can say whoa.
The WRX Concept "hints at the design language of the next-generation WRX," Subaru said in a statement. The concept is shorter than the current WRX/STI models, but it's wider and has a lower roofline. The design cues on the concept include a large hood scoop, massive grille, bulging fenders, quad exhaust outlets that frame a rear diffuser, and a set of twenty-inch BBS wheels. The wheels and a carbon-fiber roof help lower the concept's center of gravity.
Expect more details on the WRX/STI to start coming out sometime this year.
