  1. It looks nice and very conservative. God I hate those tail lights, why does everyone have to use them? It ruins the rear of the car. The interior also looks very plain and conservative. Mistubishi obviously didn't want to take any chances with this vehicle.
  2. Maybe it will look better in real life, cause those pictures look pretty bad. It looks like something GM would design a few years ago, or what a Korean designer would be shooting for right now.
  3. Looks like they had two teams of designers working on this, and they didn't collaborate that well.
  4. Don't forget the Supra!! Oh wait, already forgot it when they stopped selling it in NA. Didn't you hear? The tC is now Toyota's flagship sports car. Heck yeah, 161hp!! Oh wait, isn't that less than the base model Accord?
  5. But this is in Europe so it's ok! Toyota spokeman: "Nothing to see here, please move on. Everything is taken care of, remember we are the best and care the most about our customers! Everyone else is evil and uses witchcraft to make their cars not need recalls. We are just human so it's ok. Here's a free coupon for free popcorn, does that make you happy? Thank you, come again."
  6. You like the way the Tiburon looks? Have you ever looked over one up close? It's very cheap looking (then again, it is a Hyundai). I would say the biggest improvement in this Tiburon refresh is ditching the ugly side-vents and body line style on the current model. But then again, it looks like they replaced it with some kind of plastic badge or something... hopefully they'll release some real-life shots that can give a better idea of how this thing will look. The 2nd biggest improvement IMO are the headlights, which look very 360 Modena'ish, and sleeker than the current model.
  7. I definately like the old tail lights better.
  8. Lamborghini, Ferrari, Lotus, TVR.... that depends on how expensive of a house you're talking about :AH-HA_wink: Cause those can definately cost less than a third of a house, if it's an expensive house. Edit: Revised list: Nissan 350z Infiniti G35 Coupe BMW 3-series coupe BMW M3 Coupe RSX Civic Si VW GTI
  9. ...must be the beer talking.
  10. I like the headlights better. Everthing else is still mediocre. The front end overall sucks IMO, due to that "slit" in place of a grille.
  11. Is this your personal observations?
  12. No big deal. Honda has Asimo. That certainly isn't directly related to cars, unless they plan on putting them to work on the assembly line :AH-HA_wink:
  13. Thought you loved Toyota.
  14. It looks like a fish. It looks mellow and more bland, not as aggressive like 3-series of the past. The Cadillac wins in the styling department.
  15. Too bad for me? The quality of that RL wasn't very good. Do you think all RL's are like that? They have their share of problems, more than say, a Lexus LS, unfortunately, but I don't think that one is a very good example of an RL's reliability. Checking the Consumer complaints directly, the RL seems to be on par with an STS and others.
  16. Now there's a run-on sentence if I ever saw one. [editted for spelling]
  17. For 2007 they're going to change the trim lineup for the RL, and actually give it 3 seperate trim levels, with the base model apparently coming in less than the current. I hope they give it a little facelift while they're at it. The RL was designed overseas in Japan, where they tend to be less bold with their design. The TL was designed in America, and it shows in the design. I like the way the RL looks, as it isn't showy. Of course I think it would be better off at about 40k.
  18. Last time I checked, it was AWD, with no FWD model offered. Maybe it's because FWD is sufficient for the majory of buyers, and is more efficient as far as space and drivetrain are concerned. Maybe it's because Honda doesn't care if their cars don't have that "BMW Appeal" that Toyota is trying to so hard to attain. People will buy them because they're reliable, safe, fun to drive (yes, without RWD), confortable, etc etc.
  19. Apparently this guy doesn't like it when a brand doesn't follow strict guidelines for how it should make its lineup be like everyone else's. Edit: oohhh, it's from Canada. Haha, I guess it's funny then. I also like how he complains about each model with one or two sentences with no real explanation as to why he doesn't like them other than what I wrote above.
  20. Wow, 4 headlights per side. Think that's enough? They sure do know how to make em big though. The LS460L looks good, but the LS600hL has extremely odd body shapes, starting with the headlight areas.
  21. Good point. The Sienna just had a face-lift for 2006, I'm surprised they wouldn't want to try their luck against the Odyssey. I did my own comparison through Edmunds (and Honda/Toyota websites to fill in the holes). The Odyssey definately beats the Sienna in many areas. HP, MPG, features, technology.
  22. Looks nice. I've never liked Nissan's grille they put on all of their vehicles though, kind of ruins it.
  23. Acura has a lot of outdated models. With the NSX and RSX out for good (right now at least), and the current model MDX on the way out, sales will be low. When the new RDX and MDX come out, as well as an RL redesign (and TL MMC/refresh), expect sales to increase considerably. Still not sure what they're going to do with the RSX void, maybe they hope to gain RDX sales where they will be losing RSX sales. The TSX is selling great but is capped by production (it's still being produced overseas) as always.
  24. Nah, the Odyssey beats the Sienna on so many different levels. Although the Sienna would probably beat the rest of the pack.
