  1. I'm sure the knobs on the Toyota are more fun to twiddle though.
  2. As a homosexual male, I'd have to agree.
  3. I'm not sure how GM "botched" the STS. It's just understated and conservative. There isn't anything wrong with it, it's just not as flashy as an Audi. I only drove a Seville STS as a loaner while the CTS was in for service. My biggest gripe is with that throw pillow they call an airbag.
  4. I'm not sure if I should be insulted or not.
  5. What is the point of 380 hp if you can't even park the car yourself? The point of having multiple gears is to keep the engine in it's powerband. This is mostly important for I4s and V6s. Big V8s with lots of power don't need lots of gears in everyday driving. Skipshift in the Corvette proves it. The 4000lbs. '94 Roadmaster hardly downshifts to get up a hill here in Western PA. It does just fine with a 4-speed and still manages to be an 8 second car designed in 1993. 8 speeds = more $h! to break or penis envy.
  6. The other day when I was at the local GM Megaplex, there was an elderly lady sitting in an absolutly mint condition 1974 Plymouth Scamp 2 door hardtop. It was like this car.
  7. Why?
  8. except when it's two chicks right?
  9. Red Hot Sex
  10. Prius is being pulled?
  11. Does it tell you when it switches?
  12. I think this bit of wisdom needs repeating.
  13. For the simple reason that the current G6 is a much bigger car then the 95 Grand Am. The Accord and Camry grew up since 1995, so has the G6. What you are missing, BV, is a car slotted under the G6 that is roughly the same dimensions as your current GA. That would likely be the Pursuit.
  14. How much does one of those run ya?
  15. Myspace Linkage
  16. BV are you on the main road heading north through town?
  17. A larger convertible along the lines of the Cutlass Supreme
  18. Audi A4
  19. Good thing the CTS is a MID-SIZED sport sedan then. The CTS matches the 5-series in nearly EVERY dimension, performes the same or better, and beats it on price. The CTS competes with the 5-series and E-class. The only way the CTS competes with the 3-series is if someone decides the 3-series is too small for them. Not everyone wants something the size of a CIVIC ya know. All that said....There should be a smaller Caddy slotted under the CTS and the CTS should move up market. The visuals I've seen seem to indicat the CTS will do just that. What do you do with the STS though? Dunno, probably grow it to 7-series size and drop the DTS.
  20. Arg! I gotta get a good pic of an '06 CTS interior. You people keep showing the "as introduced in '02" '03 model. They've cleaned it up since then.
  21. But what's cool is the cars that have 300+ hp also still get around 27mpg highway.
  22. And 0% of them will go 0-60 in less then 5 seconds. And 0% of them will have over 300hp. It's give and take.
  23. I even like the Hybrid symbol
  24. <drinks Toyota coolaid> LA LA LA! I'm NOT LISTENING!! LA LA LA
