  1. Priming the pump a bit much? If he's refering to the Tundra, the GMT-900s at least match, if not exceed it. The Cobalt is catching up to the Corolla, especially in profitability. The Cobalts MCE will fall very near to the all new Corolla, which by the looks of the spy shots, isn't something to write home about. The new CTS looks to match the GS The Lucerne is already outselling the Avalon I have my doubts that a new RWD Impala will come close to the sales of a Camry, but it will at least gain on it. So yeah, Toyota isn't that far ahead of the game.
  2. Wasn't the Sky a new for 2007 model? why isn't it in the list?
  3. Haven't you seen Motorola's new naming scheme lately? It'd be the Motorola Penr
  4. I agree that the smoking cliques tend to have all the drama going on. Most of it seemed to be internal workplace drama though. I'm so glad I'm my own business these days and don't have to deal with people like that.
  5. Another point to be made: The Cobalt making money now means two things: 1. Vehicles that were previously profitable are now more so. Apparently GM made a LOT of money on each Avalanche sold. So now with legacy costs reduced, the GMT-900s will be able to provide even more profit back to GM. 2. The lower MPG vehicles that tend to be more profitable <trucks/suvs mostly>, now can still turn a profit at a lower volume <thinking gas prices here> because they are no longer subsidizing the compact cars that weren't profitable before. The cobalt making money *really* indicates the over all health of the company at lot more than just that one platform. It's this that will allow Buick and Pontiac to sell at lower volumes with fewer platforms and still be viable.
  6. haven't you done the same with the GMT-900s?
  7. awesome!

  16. I must admit I don't know what happens on the eastern side of the state, but out my way, only Allegheny has testing.

  18. 4-speed on lower models, 6-speed on top model.... just like the G6
  19. It's a 7/8ths Charger. Not bad at all... except for the power train. * 173-hp four-cylinder shared with the Dodge Caliber, mated to a four-speed automatic and getting 24/32 mpg city/highway * 189-hp flexible-fuel V-6 that can run on E85 or gasoline, teamed with a four-speed automatic. Mileage is estimated at 22/30 city/highway * 235-hp V-6 with Chrysler’s new six-speed transmission, registering mileage of 19/28 mpg city/highway

  22. I don't see a thing wrong with it. You guys wanted an Opel, you got an Opel. quitcherbitchin
  23. Only Philadelphia County and Allegheny County <Pittsburgh> have emissions testing.
  24. How can you tell if a Chrysler 4-cylinder is running? If there is blue smoke coming from the exhaust.
