FIRST LOOK: Buick LaCrosse Super
Really GM... how hard would it have been to just use the Chinese design that you already did?

FIRST LOOK: Buick Supers
That Lucerne interior almost makes me think GMT-900..... not that it's a bad thing... but they should be more unique somehow.

Confirmed NYIAS Debuts

Your nerd/geek quotient
you may have the stapler.... but I can do the voice impression.....

Your nerd/geek quotient
I can out nerd most of you. My other common username is Drewbert. I have a small model of Spock on my work desk and two models of the Enterprise on my home desk.... and that's just the start of it.

GM Sued Over Inaccurate Speedometers
quiet shorty!

NASCAR Names
nascar is so f-ed up right now, I doubt it matters which car they choose to run as it likely doesn't do anything for sales anyway. You think Toyota is going to sell more Camries because they race them? They're all just jelly bean blobs with different stickers on them anyway. Wake me up when they race actual "stock cars"

Holden's Alloy Tech V6 (aka HFV6) responds well to software tweaks
So... if I read this right... he got it up to around the 255-260 mark that the CTS already had?

You HAVE to See This!!!!
what an ugly POS.

More Alpha bits n' pieces
I agree. The current CTS is within 1/10th of an inch of the 5-series. Given the engine choices that are likely to be available <3.6, 3.6DI, 7.0, with a possible bored out 3.6 in there somewhere> it lines up perfectly with the 5-series....especially with the new interior.

2008 Chrysler 300C
It only catches my eye when someone puts a fake rolls or benz grill on with with the full carriage roof treatment.

2008 Chrysler 300C
How many of those sales are to parking lots in eastern Michigan?
-
More Alpha bits n' pieces
I like how there isn't an optional V8 in the CTS all of the sudden.....
-
More Alpha bits n' pieces
I think the CTS should move up to 5-series territory in price with the new model and the new BTS should slot in beneath it so we can stop having stupid comparison tests between the 3-series and CTS.

Saturn releases Aura Green Line Pricing
Did you not read what I said? I don't want a buck tooth wonder <accord>. I want a premium midsizer with good mpg. I want something like an Aura XR.....loaded.... but with the GL powertrain.

HD Question
Given Ford's recent squabbles and problems with the Powerstroke, I think Ford should be more worried about their HDs than GM. Dodge has always been behind with their diesels and unless they're about to make a huge leap there, I still don't think they'll out do the Duramax. Isn't a new Duramax coming anyway?

UAW committed to organizing Toyota workers
If anything can drive Toyota off this continent.... it's the UAW... if they put their brains to it. Look at how well they've done driving Chrysler, Ford and GM to the brink.

GM Announces Seven World Intros for New York
None, they've all been seen.

V12 Coming..... Lutz says so....
I hope that the new "technological marval" plant they built for Sigma can be used for Zeta then.... they spent a LOT of money on that new plant.
-
V12 Coming..... Lutz says so....
Can you really see them retiring the Sigma platform this soon while keeping the G-body DTS around? If what you say is right, the CTS will be the only vehicle left on Sigma and that's a LOT of development dollars and factory dollars to just have one car on.

DeadStar - Analog shutdown kills pre-'02 OnStar
because that isn't just 1 unit. Onstar wasn't static technology from the time in was introduced till today. There are many many different variations of the onstar hardware straight from the begining. More than likely GM would have to develop a digital version of EACH analog version of Onstar that was produced. Again, could the revenue generated from those subscribers pay for the cost of the development? How much would those subscribers be willing to pay for the upgrade hardware.... or should that just be free?
