  1. Borrow your mom's Dodge.
  2. That'll help catch Osama fur sure!
  3. till the cam shafts explode over 6,500 rpm... :AH-HA_wink: j/k
  4. there is a Joe Phillips picture of this scene that I've been trying to find all day....
  5. the silver one almost looks previous Gen E-Class from the front.
  6. I wouldn't expect that either, but there is much more difference between a 330i and an M3 or a CTS and a CTS-V than there is between an IS350 and the IS-F
  7. There are already multiple lawsuits pending regarding this.
  8. but that's the thing... it doesn't *look* overtly sporty. If this hadn't been labeled as the IS-F, I would have though this was just pics from a Lexus engine mods club.
  9. just make sure it's long enough
  10. CTS-V please.... even the current gen is more attractive and assertive on the outside than this.
  11. Second runner up: The Lexus RX. Oddly, Howard Hanna, a major real estate firm here in Pittsburgh, purchase a fleet of dark green Rainiers for their agents. The green just happens to match the green on their logo.
  12. Oh... and the dealer is a moron..... if anything running E-85 cleans your injectors. The whole reason some cars are e85 compatible and some aren't is because of rubberized fuel lines. E85 vehicles have stainless steel lines because the fuel will break down rubber ones.
  13. it's not that the process is cheaper, it's that the amount of E85 you get from sugar is higher than the amount you get from corn. Corn is one of the least productive ways to get E85 in terms of volume of output per volume of input.
  14. In the end it costs about the same to run your vehicle, but you're reducing dependence on foreign oil.
  15. Great pics Fly. Just more proof that GM photography really sucks.... as I didn't much care for the look as shown by them.... but these are pretty nice. The new grill makes the old one look tacked on.
  16. Even in this, you have to admit that there is more differentiation between the Cutlass and GP than there is between the G and M front clips
  17. My old Cutlass supreme doesn't even have a grill where as the GP does..... they use the same headlights... that's it.
  18. there is a difference between using the same grill and similarly shaped grills.
  19. It's not the auto enthusiasts Infiniti should be worried about..... I can tell the difference between a '03, '04, 05', and '06 CTS visually. To everyone else, they'd look the same. It's gotta pass the mother test. If your mother can't tell the difference between the models without looking at the badges, it's not different enough.
  20. LOL@ Landcruiser in front of mountains poster.
  21. and worth every penny.
  22. And it would be cheaper still to engineer a purpose built convertible first, then throw a hard top over it. Rather than engineering a convertible and a pillared coupe separately. As for the Solara, I believe it is still a chop job. Regular Solaras are sent off to some 3rd party to be converted.
  23. I'm not biased for or against Mazda. I think the current 6 is a fine car and handles well. However, I don't think it or the previews of the new one warrants any "wow! that's hot!" RX-8 - sure that was a wow when new Sky - that's a wow 300c - that's a wow usually in a very good or very bad way Accord - meh Camry - meh Aura - meh, wow only because it came from saturn and took NA car of the year on the first try. yeah... no similarity there..... the difference is the.... hood cut line... and the location of the turn signal inside the headlamp cluster? nor here.... I will give them credit... they did use an Altima cut line for the rear most side windows....
  24. Sorry, it wasn't directed at you specifically..... just the sudden surge of praise for otherwise unremarkable asian cars on a GM fan site.
