  1. and TL.... oopps.. same car.
  2. I'm sooo gonna post bomb this thread.
  3. ugh... I'm tired of it already. What the hell is taking so long? There is nothing technologically new about this car... it's not like they have to wait for batteries to be developed or something. The engines and transmissions are already done, the basic platform is done, just build it already so I can go back to ignoring it.
  4. Interesting that this coincides with the departure of one regular in particular.....
  5. My old avatar: O'rly?
  6. sounds like you could use another mod....
  7. much more of this and I'm going to be up to brookville in the wee hours of the morning in the Intervention Avalanche.
  8. definitely worthy of the SS badge
  9. 1. Lies 2. Damn Lies 3. Statistics I'd really like to see you back up number 3.... especially with the cost of insurance in Mass. Yes, because encouraging people to make more thoughtful, researched, decisions rather than just automatically running off to a suburban McMansion in a Hummer is sooo totally communism. Listen pal, just because you lived under communism doesn't mean that having to give something up out of necessity is the same thing. In WWII this country was willing to make sacrifices for the greater good. Most often these sacrifices were made voluntarily. Today, if we as a society ask people to pick the most efficient vehicle for their ACTUAL* needs or even to try and incorporate public transportation into their lives for the greater good of the country we get asshattery rants like yours saying "OMGZ! NOOO TAHT Is tEH COmmuniMS!" Sorry man, you've been sniffing 1959 Buick exhaust fumes too long. Communism is just a red herring. *needing a truck to go to Lowes once a month isn't a real need. Lowes will deliver full truckloads of anything for $60 in a 15 mile radius from the store... often next day.
  10. I thought that award went to the Mazda 6 or VW Passat? Even if those two drive equal to the Accord, they are more visually exciting.
  11. do you have any idea what movie you're quoting Dodgefan?
  12. I'm sure the Accord does everything it was designed to do very very well. Unfortunately, the one thing it wasn't designed to do was excite the driver.
  13. the one I liked best was 'if you're going to load something heavy, put a 4x8 sheet of plywood down over the bed and gate first' so... wait... the tundra needs to be reinforced with wood?
  14. Oh Noooos@!! Yep, knew that. How is our traffic doing fly? At least my thread is still active here for the Tundra fans to link back to.
  15. Waiting for my post here to be deleted.....
  16. At least one of the malibu reviews was a 4cylinder LT with the 6-speed.
  17. See, this is why we are unsustainable... when 300hp in a 3500lbs coupe is barely enough.
  18. new 328 coupe does 30mpg with a manual.
  19. so.... you're checking out my wood?
  20. Then drive to a park-n-ride and take rail the rest of the way in. You'd probably save on parking too. And even if you do have to drive all the way in, there are plenty of attractive sedans that get 30mpg plus on the highway.
  21. Done
  22. Cruise cancel button: dumbasses.
  23. How far do you commute to work?
