  1. The dealers around me didn't get them (or weren't displaying them) till May..... and I was looking for it.
  2. What do you mean? oh yeah, and clicking the google ads or using the search on the front page and clicking the google ads from the results also helps out.
  3. Wow. Even though it's not, it looks like a Vibe re-do.
  4. They must be growing a good weed crop out in California this year....
  5. They are fairly easy to replace. No re-keying is required. I had to do it on my Cutlass Convertible and I did it in my driveway with very basic tools. You can often find them on Ebay.
  6. Yeah, that is a shame since we're in this booming economy and credit is so easy to get that you can't let your dog wander free for fear it will come home with a mortgage. oh.... wait.... Sales of GM cars (and many other company's) was down about 50% across the board. The G8 sold half of what was predicted. How is this a challenge to your thought process?
  7. While the 1791 Bill of Rights wouldn't have happened without the events of 1776, there was a great amount of debate over which articles to even submit for ratification. None of the amendments were sure things. There were those who wanted controlled arms and some restrictions of press. Let's not enter a debate on the validity of such positions either way because then I have to move this to politics. This is just a history lesson.
  8. oh they run fine now...... as long as I turn the graphics down to Atari 2600 levels.
  9. I like the Ram's looks also, but the point was you can load up an Avalanche more for the same money. Plus with the mid-gate you can get a 8 foot bed when the Ram is limited to 5.7 feet. I haven't tried a new Ram, but the Avalanche was very car like. It's more plush Suburban than HD Silverado. Now these are MSRPs. I see that Dodge has $7,000 off and I don't know what the Avalanche's rebates are, so all bets on final cost are off.
  10. Many people forget that our current form of government didn't start in 1776. It started twelve years later (or 1/2 of the J-body lifespan) in 1788 when New Hampshire ratified the Constitution. The Bill of Rights didn't go into effect until 1791. The Declaration of Independence written and approved in 1776, while one of the most profound documents to ever be written, has no bearing on U.S. law.
  11. If you're looking for a big, comfortable, mall cruiser that can also handle the boat on weekends and the occasional trip to Lowes for topsoil. Avalanche FTW. the as tested price of the Ram is $48,965. You can get an Avalanche LTZ - 1LZ with the 6 liter and basically everything but chrome 20s for that price.
  12. LOL His sig:
  13. Wouldn't that make the Volt a Mac and the Pruis/Insight a PC?
  14. The two games I want to play are Civ IV: Colonization and Star Trek: Legacy.
  15. only the Morgan remotely interests me. Show me some big sedans like a Chinese SLS or Park Ave.
  16. You really have a beef with the Volt and you took my analogy completely wrong. The cost of the batteries will come down with time. Those batteries that might cost $20,000 today would have cost $40,000 five years ago and will cost $10,000 or less five years from now. Just because the batteries cost a lot doesn't mean it's not a leap in terms of technology. How often do we see a change in the primary motive power of an automobile? The Volt is just version 1.0 in the line of future electric vehicles. The Pruis is version 0.5 because it still uses an ICE as it's primary motivator.
  17. LOL Paddle shift by Lego!
  18. AGP. I'd like to avoid buying a whole new rig.
  19. Anyone have any video card recommendations for me? I haven't built a pc in years and don't follow which graphics card the cool kids are using these days. I game but no first person shooters. Civ IV overwhelms my old desktop's GeForce 6,000 something.
  20. The Ram must be Lucerne like inside. I think it's the best looking of the three, but if the Sierra had been included I would have gone with that for looks. I'm impressed that two pushrod V8s were more powerful and capable than an OHC V8. I always thought pushrods were the suxors!!@! Additionally I Lawled at this:
  21. If he says it repeatedly, then yes, she's an idiot. I cannot fault anyone, politician or not, for misspeaking in front of the press every once in a while. Saying that, this thread is dangerously close to being moved into the politics forum.
  22. We in Pittsburgh refer to the area between our city and Philly as "Pennsyltucky"
  23. If you upgrade it will automatically move you into the premium members group and out of MemberBV group
  24. Seriously? All this over a label that had a recommended spare tire pressure when there was no spare tire?
