  1. Heh... Nah... just the regular 2.5L DOHC V6. I checked. The Miller Cycle engine is the Supercharged one. Yet you couldn't that one night in chat? Interesting. I stand by what I said that night... Heh... really! But it's mine.. only I can decide. Well, Fly can, too... Soo... Fly? Shut Josh up. Um... that's why I said to expect the unexpected. And those were merely preferences that I stuck with so people wouldn't suggest a lowly Buick Century... *shudders* Ugh... *shakes head*
  2. Anyways, thanks... I glad to finally have a car again. It's going to rack up some miles here shortly. I want to finally do some things... meet some people... things like that. Now I don't have to depend on my mom letting me have the Sunfire. Since this car seems like its not going to be too troublesome and that it's very nice, I think I might make it mine since I have money left to spend. I wouldn't spend all of it, just in case, but you know... those 15inchers are quite the crappy wheels... Haha. That and it needs new speakers. Still, this thing is full of features. Projector headlights/foglights, power antenae, power/heated seats, auto climate control, cruise, power tilt steering, power seats, power moonroof, power trunk/fuel door release, trunk CD changer, storage compartments galore, leather, 4 wheel disc brakes, V6 (hmm SC or not SC is the question... haven't really thought about it), and holding auto... It's better equiped than a new Lucerne.
  3. In that they got annoying... Yes. But I was told not to buy this car by a few... Heh... well, if I ever claimed to be a GM fan, point it out and show that I'm a traitor.

Heh... isn't it time to party?
  5. No commentary... Cost? $1640 total. Car? 1995 Mazda Millenia. Miles? 160k. Anything wrong with it? Nope. How does it run? Perfectly. Was it a good idea? Well... Was it a good deal? Absolutely... and that's what's matter in the end. Is it what I expected to get? No... but always expect the unexpected.

Remind me to not ask for suggestions anymore... You guys are killing me!
  7. This dude is in chat...

Haha... the Jettas were there for you to whine about. I'm not a Jetta guy. Now the Millenia... it's just so cheap that I think I could care less...
  9. NOS... stop expressing your love for me. And stop acting straight. You're worse than Josh.

Oh yes... I knew you'd love that one.
  11. I know... but they stopped working so we had to get new ones.

You what the story? I got three out of four spark plugs replaced, while the one would come out. I tried and tried. Upon starting afterwards, sounds like the one I was yanking on broke or something as soon the engine turned over. That transformed it into a 3cyl. It sounded like $h! and missed like hell. Going up hills or idling was a disaster. To add to that, it overheated. Not only was the original cause of it not solved, but something electrical is f@#ked up in that my fan won't turn on... Oh, and did I tell you my dad broke my temp gauge? Fun times... barely got it to my grandparents house... then it died. Its there now. Luckily it didn't do it when I stopped at School to return some books. Now I get to car shop some more! Yeah!
  13. So would I... I just need $47,000 more. Anyways, yeah... Hopes things get better. I've been there and it has sucked.

Anyways... went car shopping tonight. What did I find? Two VW Jettas, a Mazda Millenia, a few Neons, a Sunfire, and a few other random vehicles in my price range. Seriously considering them.

Well, I'm pretty sure I'm not a beggar... Yep, I got my own money... time for me to be choosey. No me gusta beating on cars. It goes against my beliefs. Berettas have Quad4s... I dont think so. Ugh... and I'm not picky! I have aquired tastes.

    I saw many cars.

    Mazda MX3?
  18. Cory Wolfe replied to Cory Wolfe's topic in The Lounge
Okay... you got me. I'm too picky for that...

And speaking a what I desire... I desire a BMW 325iS. I desire a Pontiac Fiero GT. I desire a Nissan 300ZX. I want those, but I need something with a 4cyl. That is the number one need. Reliability comes second. Again, it's not like I going to get a piece of $h! car with 150k miles. This isn't a game of extremes. I'm not going to go for one thing, but completely ignore the other like you're trying to suggest.

Fly... you live in the land of a million seniors... it's differen't in the land of a million rednecks.
  21. Cory Wolfe replied to Cory Wolfe's topic in The Lounge
Those were just examples... and then I was only considering vehicles with less that 100k. Read, just don't click on links not knowing the half of it. I'd still prefer a car with under 100k. It's finding one for under $3k thats nearly impossible.

I both NEED and WANT a car. And again, I NEED and WANT fuel efficientcy OVER reliability. Period. I'm just being picky in that I want a coupe over a sedan. Wow... I'm a picky SOB, huh?

Oh... one more thing... what's so wrong about wanting a compact with a 4cyl and 5spd? Most guys my age would rather have something sportier. I've been thinking realistically for some time, now... I'm just saying big, cushy, non fuel efficient Buicks are out regardless of how reliable they may be. 4cyl, 5spd coupes only. My number one need is fuel efficientcy...
  24. Cory Wolfe replied to Cory Wolfe's topic in The Lounge
I never said I'd consider a car with 150k miles.

Have you read my latest post about it? The engine is toast, as of today. I couldn't get $500 out of it when it did run. Now it doesn't...
