  1. Again, misleading and semi-useless without knowing the following: 1) How many vehicles were recalled? 2) What the recall entailed? 3) The severity of the recall?
  2. Sorry, they all look like crap. I did always think the Corsica hatch looked pretty nice for what it was.
  3. Cleaning the f**king rear window. So beautiful to look at but a total pain in the rear to clean. Also, brake dust.
  4. Is it the Norelco electric razor car?
  5. That dropped SC looks like crap. They're quite slick unmodded.
  6. Quasi-military because it was derived from the WWII-era Kuebelwagen... ...Germany's Jeep. An offshoot was the amphibious Schwimmwagen, also of WWII vintage... Now, those pictured above are desireable for their historical significance or the fact that its amphibious. However, I like Balthy wouldn't trust a Thing with my worst enemy.
  7. No more ugly LX bricks.
  8. Its proof that first-run Azteks are recyclable...
  9. No one's complaining about front overhangs now, are we?
  10. Year-End Vinyl Top Blowout. Saw a black Torrent outside a Pontiac dealership. Not bad, but nothing great either, IMO. The Kia dealership I passed had a good dozen new Rios. Jesus Christ, how ugly can those be? I thought cars progressed from black chunks of plastic, not to black chunks of plastic. About the tenth Ridgeline ever. What a hot number on Honda's hands. Another 300 with a vinyl top.
  11. It sure did...
  12. Meant these... ...moreso.

    Pictures!

Dude! Lakefire Patrick Harris stole my car!
  14. I also thought the taillamps on the first-gen GM minivans were too high for anyone to clean. Well, for me at the age of 8, it was true.
  15. I think people have seen a bit too much of FNF and don't realize that new Civics were never cool. The cool Hondas were always 3-10 year-old ones bought pretty cheap and modded out. The appeal was that, for less than the price of a showroom-fresh Honda, you could have one that was more powerful, better handling, arguably better-looking, and 100% yours both in the custom and financial senses. Ditto with second-hand 1990s Mirages, Celicas, Cavaliers, Integras and to a lesser extent Saturns, Sentras, and VWs. From what I've heard, the '01+ Civics are less fun to trick out that the old ones. The new one has decidedly chick car looks, which will only serve to make them less appealing.

    Top 10

The Civic is in Compact 3/10 times. Why not just pick the most fuel-efficient of each model? Why the hell is the Morgan Aero on the list? Who buys those anyway? Passat is not a luxury car. RSX is not a luxury car. Anyone who's been in one knows that. What's with the Passenger Car category if its the same as the Compact category? Why the umpteen cabstyles of the GM trucks? How is the V70 a sport utility? Besides the MINI, Morgan, and RSX, none of those 'sports' cars are sporty. The PT Cruiser is not a van, no matter what the Feds say. And even if you're going to allow a regular PT to be deemed a van...uh...the PT Convertible? ...the hell? Prius is not a wagon. Its a hatch. And, damnit, the xB is either a wagon or an SUV, NOT BOTH! Craptastic job, whoever created this.
  17. Its almost a sociological experiment to see just how pissed off someone will get when you follow the speed limit. I made some bitch in an X5 blow a fuse today during my commute by simply driving 3mph over the limit in the right-hand lane! Liked the horn, liked the brights, but absolutely fell in love with the mad-hatter whipping around me and flipping me off while calling me either a motherfucker or cocksucker; couldn't discern the lip movements. I did notice a lack of a ring on the hand she used to flip me off. Is there any question as to why a woman like that is single? Go home, honey, down a scotch, take some Midol, sleep it off, and see ya tomorrow at 7:30am, you caustic bitch.
  18. Toyota RAV4 Honda CRV Toyota Paseo Pontiac Sunfire Pontiac Grand Am Geo/Chevy Tracker ragtop Saturn SC Honda Civic Del Sol Mercury Cougar hatch Kia Spectra5 Kia Rio VW Jetta VW Passat VW Beetle/ragtop And the mother of all chick cars: If you're a guy driving one of those, it'd better be your wife's.
  19. What that study doesn't tell you is that BMW drivers typically have the most sex...with themselves.
  20. Chrome is fine for all but special editions or sport models, in which case, color-keyed or blacked-out grilles add a touch of distinctiveness. Think LeSabre Celebration or Regal GS.
  21. I believe that was the Pulsar Sportbak one of which I saw two weeks ago.
  22. Nissan Pulsar.
  23. Guys, calling someone a 'dickhead' doesn't add credit to your argument. Let's refrain from that and be a bit more our age, shall we?
  24. I say row-ads instead of roads. It makes me laugh. If someone's been tailgating me on my 25mph residential street, I purposely overshoot my driveway and make a complex and laborious 7-point U-turn. I also mess with my nosy elderly neighbor by getting in my car, backing up around the corner (I live on a corner lot) to my mailbox, getting the mail, then driving across the grass and parking back in the driveway.
  25. I come to class in my new Lexus GS. If I don't pay attention and the sensor detect an impending question asked by the professor, my GS will automatically use embedded voice recognition technology to replicate my vocal patterns and use the 15-speaker Mark Levison sound system to accuratly project the correct answer culled from the on-board World Book Encyclopedia DVD.
