  1. I'm reading about the 5.3 V8 in the Grand Prix at the moment. Here's what it says. "The engine used a specific cylinder block that possessed an Aurora bellhousing, for proper mating to the 4T65-E HD transaxle. The crankshaft snout was also shortened and a new rearward-facing intake manifold was used, both for transverse mounting. Additionally, the tight confines of the engine bay required the use of a specific single-belt serpentine drive and a unique remote drive water pump. Additionally, the 5.3-liter LS4 V-8 engine benefited from the superior Corvette-derived LS-6 heads and other critical induction componentry. Combined with the lightweight aluminum block, the LS4 engine was for the most part a small-bore version of the engine that powered the brutal Z06 Corvette."
  2. Hey Paulie, What about this girl? I think she wants you!

  7. I just wish GM would cut out the incentives and just offer a 10 year/100,000 miles bumper to bumper coverage. Then watch the people flock into dealerships. It's got to be cheaper than offering rebates in the long run.

  16. I know about Esperanto, but I am not too keen on it and it is not the same thing as I suggested as the EU has already rejected it, which they haven't done with what I suggested yet.

  21. Out of all the languages I know I still prefer Latin, it's precise and concrete. I would love for someday for the European Union to use Giuseppe Peano's (August 27, 1858 – April 20, 1932) idea to use a new language called Interlingua. The idea was to use Latin vocabulary, since this was widely known, but simplify the grammar as much as possible and remove all irregular and anomalous forms to make it easier to learn. In a brilliant speech, he started speaking in Latin and, as he described each simplification, introduced it into his speech so that by the end he was speaking in his new language. I would love to see the European Union adopt this Interlingua language as the official and common language of the European Union and therefore bring all the major races of Europe (Romantic, Germanic, Celtic and Slavic) under a common tongue and start to form a common identity and culture for all Europeans.
