  1. Well balt, here is my issue, I don't care what engine it has in it, however Mrs. PCS demands, auto trans so she can tool around town. I have tried over and over again teach her to shift gears, but she doesn't get it, she even has trouble using my paddle shifter on my Grand Prix GXP. If you find or see a 68 Grand Prix, let me know, I am seriously looking for one. Do you have a pic of the 70 wagon, and what condition it is in, and possibly a price? Let me know.
  2. The EU becomes more like the USA with every passing day, it won't be long now, before the EU government becomes more like the US Federal government and makes rules that the states (insert country of your choice here) must follow. As for being Anti-British, nothing could be further from the truth. I am half German, which is why I love your Queen, nothing like having a German sitting on the English throne. Queen Victoria's consort, was Albert of Saxe-Coburg and GothaQueen, therefore Elizabeth is a patrilineal descendant of Albert's family, the German princely House of Wettin. Got to love that!
  3. Damn daves87rs, I thought in this thread you were offering a free body wax. Guess not, never mind, not enough wax in the world to wax me properly anyway.
  4. You still do Sir, you still do! :AH-HA_wink:
  5. Hold out for a Pontiac Acadian!
  6. Hey CARBIZ, I wonder why? :rotflmao:
  7. I always did find the UK a backward and confusing place, you even drive on the wrong side of the road, perhaps the EU government will force you to change that soon. I hear Ireland, the Republic, not the English colony, is considering switching to the German side of driving. Das ist gut, Ja?
  8. Although my mother is a German national, I was lucky in the fact that my Father was an American diplomat (Texan No Less), who taught me proper Texan 1st, then American. However my 1st language is and will always be German. I find it interesting that you find communicating on this forum so difficult, perhaps a good dose of American would help you get along better here. After all over 300 million Americans and only what? 30 million Brits? By the way is your 1st language Geordie? I've noticed a funny accent in your English.
  9. Since I more or less have left Pontiac as a brand. I have adopted Cadillac as my own. Some videos I like that deal with Cadillac in one way or another. Roll JERRY LEE LEWIS - PINK CADILLAC - cartoon
  10. Before I retire! :AH-HA_wink:
  11. Hmmm, let's see, I think the 1st Holden Astra I drove was in 1998 or so, it was called at that time the Holden TS Astra. Nothing to write home about. I've driven many Barinas since 2005 all GMDAT sourced which by the way Holden controls GMDAT. I did drive the previous Holden Barina around 1994 or so sourced from Spain 1.2 liter, I think I could have walked faster but none from Ellsmere Port, in the lovely town of Cheshire, they seem to have a lot of quality issues. Besides, I rather my Opel's be German, after all, that's what I am. :AH-HA_wink:
  12. Coupe version. Look at 2:57 - 3:01. Shhhhhhh!
  13. Why would I want to?
  14. Well as long as you don't lick it, eat it, or feed it to your pets, you should be OK! :AH-HA_wink:
  15. Not this time, CPF will soon take Lutz' place, we in GME are already singing "Under my Thumb". :AH-HA_wink:
  16. You know cyclonic as much as I dislike Holden and the way they do things, they do produce their own product, unlike Vauxhall which are rebadged Opels with a Holden mixed in for good measure. In that regard, Holden has my respect. Opel says jump, Vauxhall asks how high? Not so with Holden, not even when GM says jump!
  17. You shouldn't blame the Boomers, ocnblu and camino are innocent I tell you! Do you hear me? Innocent!
  18. Oh god no, then I would only drive pre WWII cars with no b pillars! :AH-HA_wink: I don't dislike you either Croc.
  19. Wow you're really old!
