BMW News: BMW Sees A New Future With Driverless Vehicles
Best comment in this thread is by Balthazar: "Plus, might be advisable that all driverless cars look a LOT more like a car, and a lot less like a Pokemon." Over all I am not thrilled by this being on the road with me but I also know humans are far to lazy to take responsibility for where they drive. We will see this, how soon, is any ones guess. I can say this, the tipping point for EVs is 2022 according to the battery industry. EVs will be cheaper than petro autos is the forecast.

BMW News: BMW Sees A New Future With Driverless Vehicles
All auto companies need to be investing in this as there are many people that would like to have an auto where they just say take me here and not deal with driving. Those of us that love road trips and driving are still plenty but also becoming the lessor of the bulk and in 25 to 50 years we will have a market for those that want self driving. This makes sense to me but I wonder is it better to build your own software for this or pay another company for it? That is the bigger question, Do you build up a developer group or pay Apple, Android or Tesla for theirs?

2015 BMW M4 vs. 2016 Chevrolet Camaro SS
To your first sentence, I say "duh". That was not the point though. The point was that the SS put that M4 to shame in the performance department, thus redefining the performance to dollar ratio argument. The SS is just proving to be that good and that should be respected. Lets take this to the next logical step which is the Entry level auto brand is surpassing a Luxury Level Name Plate showing they are living off their past glory and not really making a quality product that people should and would want to spend the extra money on. Lately there are plenty of Audi / BMW / MB products that I question the $$$ being spent when you can get superior product from other luxury and lower level auto companies.

Alfa Romeo Delayed Giulia To Make Sure It Was 'Perfect' :Comments
Another Vaporware excuse while he continues to steal millions from the American name plate and pockets the cash in various ways and wastes it on pie in the sky dreams of bringing back dead name plates.

February 2016: General Motors Co.
The big one, right? I've seen only a few. Actually, probably just a tad less than the Ram. I don't see near as many of the 2500/250's as I do the small Transit Connects and slowly seeing more of the little Chevy vans as well. Sorry, ment to have it plural to cover both. But yea the big one in addition to the small one.

February 2016: General Motors Co.
Has anyone seen the Nissan Van's? Seattle has gotten a bunch of them as Taxis and I have seen a few of the nissans as works vans and only seen retail sitting on the lot. Course they are never advertised so I wonder if anyone even knows about them. GM has also done a piss poor job of advertising the mini van.

That is interesting and must be a regional thing as I see transits but not in the numbers compared to the ugly new RAM van and GM's Vans especially their new Chevy mini van. That thing is everywhere around Seattle.

This is why the people need to DEMAND that both House and Senate member become 4 year terms and you allowed a total of 2 (TWO) terms in office and back to private life having to actually work and produce for the GNP. This way House, Senate and President are all two terms and no lifers that never really care about the country, just their jobs and what they can manipulate for themselves. That is a Rockin Fire Truck!

Casa, the rims you got are Perfect, they allow the Calipers to accent the whole wheel and it offsets the rest of the car perfectly. I would have gone with these rims myself or black chrome rims. Either way it would have accented the calipers and the car just right. Nice jobe!- March Car Spotting Thread
Found this old one on the streets of Seattle. Found this on Doug's NW Cadillac's Dealers used auto lot.- Frisky Bought ANOTHER One.....

Wow, very cool, it seems the companies that are really old are all big monster companies looking to suck all the money out of you. Glad to hear you have a great insurance company Balthazar.- Vehicle : 1940 Ford C.O.E.
That is a great rate, who you have for auto insurance?- Frisky Bought ANOTHER One.....
Is it American, European or Asian?- Geneva Motor Show: Abarth 124 Spider: Comments
Indeed... this just may end up being the most reliable FCA (badged) product sold. If it is going down the same assembly line then that will be a welcomed plus. History is against Fiat as they have never had reliable products in the US and I sure as hell do not understand why people buy it in europe as I only hear from coworkers who own them that they are just garbage and will never own one again.- Random Thoughts Thread

DOH, is he willing to delay Alfa products to allow the profits to be spent on this instead? He could probably hit a home run with high profits if he ignored the mid size and brought out a compact truck that meets the needs of city folk. Most city and suburban households do not need a 1/2 ton full or mid size truck and would be fine with a 2-3 person compact truck like the Ranger was or Luv truck of Chevy in the 70's. He seems to have hit his head and is now the Emperor with no cloths.- Frisky Bought ANOTHER One.....
Is it from the Pony world of auto's? aka Camaro or Mustang.- Geneva Motor Show: Abarth 124 Spider: Comments
Never cared for the Mazda version, this is a bit more butch, but a failure to me as it is a Fiat. Never will ever own their garbage. Mazda should have a street legal racing version that is over 200hp. They should have never allowed Fiat to just rebadge their car. Since the Fiat 500 series does not sell that well, I expect only the fiat faithful will buy this in very small numbers and they will sit on the lots. Most will probably end up with low miles as I expect no difference in their terrible reliability. - Cmicasa the Great Presents:Meet "Rose..." My new 640HP 2016 Cadillac CTS-V
