  1. Sorry GMTruckGuy74, never have used it. Since I went monochromatic, I never have the need for Chrome polish anymore. In fact I still have a container of Turtle Wax Chrome polish tat I do not use any longer.
  2. That is not able to be confirmed. Marketing and sales are a fickle thing and without thousands being interviewed and documented that they have refused to buy Lincoln because of being FWD one has a hard time saying that this has stopped people. More likely the poorly built auto's, cheap material and fit/finish played a bigger part in people not buying Lincoln.
  3. Buick and Lincoln do not need to emulate this 1980's warm over nor do they need to follow the whole RWD thing. FWD and AWD works and has not stopped plenty of people from buying Audi. CUE is good, but can be even better with more responsive touch system and a current nav equal to google or a couple other industry leaders. For the most part, CUE works just fine except when you get to non-GM drivers that seem to think CUE should be just like the germans or asians and cannot seem to figure out how to use it. Kinda like Apple or Windows. two different interfaces and part of the group is always confused.
  4. Lucky Man, so glad someone got to drive them.
  5. Very cool, if I could fit in one, I would love to drive a Vantage. How did you get a test drive?
  6. @balthazar Sorry as I am sure the auto is very nice, but that interior is
  7. Hell, they should just make that the standard for the last couple years of production. It is an awesome car as far as full size cars go.
  8. @Drew Dowdell Cool, let us know how it lasts. FYI - Too funny on the Vacuum hose comment!
  9. Interesting, if they truly build it from the ground up, having a 90 kWh battery to be better than the competition is what they should do or at least start with a 70 but also offer a 90 and say 110 kWh battery options.
  10. Old warmed over auto. PASS The style is dated and dead on arrival. Dash reminds me of something out of the 80's. Overall nothing I would want Buick or Lincoln to emulate.
  11. WOW, talk about so conservative that it just says blah brick on wheels. They would have to give this to me if they wanted me to own it and drive it. Pass, total design failure.
  12. Fat V6, looks very tight and not easy to work on.
  13. This is a very blaw interior, nothing says luxury to me. Meh!
  14. Get a Gel Battery, they usually will last twice as long as normal batteries and after sitting for 90+ days still have 99% of charge. I use them in my Suburban that sits for half the year. Awesome and always start.
  15. Agree, that is a nice upgrade to the model to better fit in with the whole family. Sweet!
  16. This should take just minutes, hell FCA could just release it on their web site and allow people to flash their own trucks. I bet this is a stop by, wait and we flash it and you go on your way deal. Sad that they messed something so simple and out there for so long up like this.
  17. Sounds like people better get prepared for a slip in the actual building and delivery of the Tesla 3. I question if they actually build and ship 25K this year.
  18. Sounds like they are hiding a much bigger problem that could pretty much bankrupt them with no recovery. UGLY!
  19. Meh, cool in a small way, but so many other off road capable SUVs to consider. Guess if you're not a trail nut, and younger than 50 this will for sure sell well to those that can afford it.
  20. Exactly with a terrible history of garbage built autos out of Italy, questionable style, and Meh 4 banger performance. I see nothing to compel people to buy. Wasted billions on Alfa that should have just been left in the history books.
  21. Have to say that in person, the F-pace is a freaking lovely CUV. Sadly, it fails my Big American test. Even the Jaguar reps were shocked that with the seat all the way back, I just barely had leg room and I could not sit upright the way I like but had to recline the seat. Also only kids could sit behind me. over all lots of people loved it. The two big screen dash and pop up transmission dial selector was nice.
  22. Sadely base model autos of today do not have the room of my 1994 GMC SLE Suburban I bought new in 93. Plus was easier to upgrade brakes, powertrain and build it the way I like.
  23. @FAPTurbo WOW a little adolf mustache. Nothing like what I imagined you look like. interesting.
  24. True, but I have seen people buy them, ignor not replacing the airbags and just putting on new face plates and fix the Unibody and panels and it looks good but most of the modern required safety gear is disabled or gone. I get it that it can be a newer auto and cheap but also you take a big risk.
