  1. Agreed, the Honda is the worse, but then their whole current sharp awkward edges is terrible.
  2. Yup for any of us that have traveled or do travel as I do for trade shows in Europe. The Diesel smell along with the damage from acid rain especially in Germany where I go allot for work shows how damaging Diesel is. I love Diesel and the clean diesel we have here in America is great compared to the unhindered mother earth destroying diesel that has been sold for ever in Europe. This is why Europe, China are all pushing so hard on EV is the need to clean up for health and so much more.
  3. Yes, such a sad state of auto design style.
  4. Guess it is just the nature of these beasts that there is not much difference look wise between the 3 versions on the market.
  5. So are you buying a New Pacifica Hybrid Minivan?
  6. Based on your attitude towards EVs, a very Baby Boomer mentality that Women are second class and must obey the men. So in this case, Mother Earth will do as the men say!
  7. Borrego? Sounds like some burrito truck from south of the border. Interesting, the reviews on the Borrego are either amazing best ever or terrible, never again will I buy Kia. Weird as even the professional reviews are extreme one way or another. Crazy and only one year with a V8
  8. You should go test drive one, they actually handle real well and are pretty tight when you throw them around. Much better than many would realize and I think is the reason for why 93% of Volt owners buy another one.
  9. Guess I am dating myself as we have the most cranes of any city right now in North America and I still wear Nautica cloths.
  10. They are not a bust and you know that. Do they make a profit? No, but then neither did Petro in the early years. Everyone knows this is the chicken or egg issue and PSA Idiots are looking to blame someone for their poor review of Opel. Business never says or shows anything up front. Everyone tries their best to make money and somethings do not work out. EVs are the future, the changeover will be hard for some that ignor that the climate is changing and the ocnblu (get it?) will flood their home area. If everyone took the head in the sand approach, change nothing, create nothing keep status quo, then we would still be living in a very dark era.
  11. I can understand that idea. Guess only having dealt with Enterprise products from Samsung, I have not had that kind of experience where they just drop ya. Had that with other tech companies though.
  12. Those ASSumptions from the Chinese Vendor are features for their hacking operations!
  13. Have to say it is a nice looking CUV, Love the warm brown interior but the back seat looks really tight at least from the photo. Wonder how much a fully loaded AWD version will go for in comparison to say a Chevy or Mazda?
  14. Have to say that I am interested in this new Navigator after seeing this Video review of the new baby! https://www.autoblog.com/9102cdcd-e69c-4af0-9534-79ac9a0a09e6
  15. If Lexus had actually did some market checking, they might have realized a clean sheet design was needed as the amount of people on every auto web site I have visited from Autoblog, to MT, etc. have nothing positive about this inside or out as everyone thinks it is ugly. The only thing I have seen that is positive is the comment that Lexus Lemming owners will buy it regardless.
  16. Samsung Battery Breakthrough Fast Charging and 45% Capacity Increase Samsung NewsRoom Announcement SAIT (Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology) has announced a breakthrough in developing a graphene ball coating that covers the nickel-rich cathodes and lithium-based anodes. So one would ask what is the big deal? As you increase the speed of recharging a battery, it wears down the anode and cathode. The graphene ball coating not only prevents this, but also allows for an increase in capacity to go along with the faster recharging. This improves the cyclability of charging / depleting a battery. This tech also has proven to allow for a very highly stable battery with no loss of power at 60 degrees Celsius or 140 degrees Fahrenheit which is key for any electronic device but even more so for electric auto's. Graphene is 100 times more effective than copper in conducting electricity and 140 times times faster than silicon. Samsung says this technology allows them to take a conventional EV battery that would require 4hrs under current fast charge technology and reduce it to 12 minutes. To quote their new release: "SAIT’s research results are covered in-depth in this month’s edition of the science journal Nature Communications in an article entitled, “Graphene balls for lithium rechargeable batteries with fast charging and high volumetric energy densities.”SAIT has also filed two applications for the “graphene ball” technology patent in the US and Korea."
  17. Cool Racing, Damn those Cheetahs are fast!
  18. Agree, the current 4Runner with that ugly predator type mouth is ugly and this is just a piss poor improvement, but improvement nonetheless.
  19. PSA Idiots, this was their poor checking and to cut the Ampera-E so they do not have the loss of cash on an EV and blaming GM. Tough Luck, you guys had your chance, now deal with the fall out of your poor mgmt planning.
  20. Plenty of Potential, Wish Toyota would figure out how to have some cool concept names as FT-AC is just stupid even though it stands for Future Toyota Adventure Concept. Wonder why not just go FTAC? Top holding bin is interesting and I do not see any drain holes, so a mini pool when it rains?
  21. Wonder were the Drain Holes are for when it rains and makes you a little pool!
  22. Easy, the VOLT all the way baby! No garbage Acura for me. Plus I can squeeze into a Volt but not in the Acura.
  23. Diarrhea cha cha cha
