  1. Very excited for this CUV. I am looking forward to seeing how I sit in it. Lots to like, wish it was a bit more feline in form, but I do see the nodes to the cat.
  2. I agree with what you said, what sold it for me was the change into a step system to get into the truck much easier than the Ford system I think. I also loved the flip up lip to hold stuff in when the tailgate is down. I totally think it should be that way, above Chevy. Yet with that said I bet you can get the basic stuff from the fleet sales rep.
  3. Wonder how long before videos are made about the Carbon Fiber bed versus Aluminum bed since Chevy went batt shit crazy on Aluminum versus Steel? I also like that the Carbon Fiber can lift inside as a stop measure for materials in the bed. This should make many happy! Inline Smoothness Baby! 2019 Sierra will be available with a 5.3-liter gas V8, a 6.2-liter V8 or a new 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder Duramax diesel
  4. Totally cool Snow Drifting Lambos!
  5. This Rocks! I love this look so much better than the Chevy version and the tailgate I think is very cool. This is right up there with the Ram Stagecoach tailgate. Both are very useful and cool. Love the Dash, clean easy to use and well laid out. I am gonna be excited to see one in person.
  6. Geely is doing Volvo Right, nice solid sales gains.
  7. Totally agree, if it was not for the GLC, their sales would be really ugly.
  8. Agree when you are within $20-30 dollars of having a dealer do it versus your time and disposal, then I would do the Dealer. Here in washington state, the auto part stores have to take all auto liquids back for proper disposal. As such, no added cost and since I already have my jug for holding oil, that was a one time cost and so $100 versus $40 and the little time it takes me, right now home oil change wins. But I get the valid point you make.
  9. Very cool CUV! WOW, Autoblog says the Honda CR-V is getting a 3rd seat row. Talk about making a butt ugly CUV cramped. https://www.autoblog.com/2018/03/01/honda-cr-v-third-row-hybrid-geneva/ Crazy,
  10. Very cool launch, I enjoyed watching it! Loved the test challenge between Tesla X P100D and the i-Pace. Tesla was beat over and over. Clearly they are being used as the measuring stick and are going to get beat by everyone.
  11. The Taco still needs better cheese and less Tomato!
  12. Decent sales numbers with just a minor drop in sales.
  13. One has to wonder how some models stay alive when you sell so few!
  14. My understanding is it is the same platform used but shorter.
  15. Ouch their lack of CUVs is hurting them as well as old models. They need to get updates out soon.
  16. Very Cool, Jaguar i-Pace is faster and stops faster than the Tesla X P100D FYI, Jaguar at 10AM PST will be revealing the production version of the i-Pace EV CUV. Reveal started at 10am PST. really cool watching on the race track and offroad. I am pumped.
  17. I have never paid $8-9 dollars for a quart of Mobil one. The most expensive I Pay is $4.50 per Mobil 1 Quart in the 6 pack at Costco. $26.99 for the 6 pack which is what my TT SS AWD takes and then $10 for the Frame Synthetic Oil Filter with tax $40 for a 10K mile oil change. I take this over a $200 oil change at the dealership.
  18. Crazy jump in Clarity sales, but expected and of course HR-V, Odyssey and Pilot are their winners. Everything else down but then more of a correction from a hot selling year into a more mild year.
  19. I am truly amazed not by the continued growth of the Outback, that is to be expected but by the Crosstrek. Been in them and nice, but tight and tiny. I just do not get what people like about them but they are selling and clearly the reason their sales are up.
  20. YES, They have a replacement that has been selling in the global market coming in this year. I forgot what it is now called but the Juke is DEAD! Interesting ups and downs of auto sales for Nissan but at least their 2018 year is up over 2017.
  21. Can totally understand my friend!
  22. WOW, Big gain for Toyota year over year and solid truck sales.
  23. Where is the 5th auto? Yup, as one that loves my auto's and does not really worry about MPG, I still like to get to work quickly and not deal with traffic. West coast allows single occupant EV's into the HOV lanes. As such, Ultimate Commuter car, Chevy BOLT!
