  1. Come on, you love a good love fest! Enough love to go around, Greek, Italian, American, German, Asian, Love the world over!
  2. If they do it will be the death of Dodge as Fiat/Alfa cannot build quality stuff at all.
  3. If I was to get back into bike riding, it would have to be like this yamaha bike. Nothing Else has really interested me except maybe this since it is an EV!. Or this Or this which is the only Harvey Davidson I would ever consider riding. This new EV startup looks comfy!
  4. Agree that I also do not like the Big Mouth Billy bass look and wonder about why they are not using the 9 spd tranny and are going to a CVT?
  5. Drew, do you know if there is a backwards compatibility list of a head unit that is in this model can work in these older ones? Example, The Head unit in my 2008 Trailblazer SS looks just like the Head unit in my 2006 Escalade ESV. The new unit has far better volume control and other features, so wondering if it would work as an update in my older escalade. Have not found any backwards what was used in this product line can also work in these others.
  6. Been looking at buying an Audio update for my auto's as the Android auto feature is the way to go. Lucky a number of 3rd party stereo systems with Android / Apple are compatible with the steering wheel buttons without having to hack the electrical system.
  7. GMC site has the following listed for building: Shocking to see a Denali XL fully loaded hit 90K. WOW
  8. These all remind me of the Current Gen Honda's now. And what is up with going stupid CVT and leaving 6 sp in the gas versions and not use the 9sp. At this rate, GM is going to lose me to Ford or even non-American. GM, wake up as your killing good product for terrible bland blah auto's.
  9. Here is a bike for us older gentlemen! Yamaha Niken Yamaha used to have a nice road tripping bike that I liked but just learned that they no longer build it. So now there seems to be no bike I like, gonna have to look at the EV's again.
  10. Good Question as a crotch rocket would not be fun to drive down to Florida.
  11. I totally WISH they were still building them. I would have one now then. I just finished a 7 day trip up to Banff Canada and soaking in the Hot springs and covered 1570 miles round trip spending 5 days of relaxation at the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort. Averaged 18.2 mpg on the trip in the Escalade. Talk about a comfy road trip auto that just eats up the miles and I was doing around 80 mph the whole time. Yes, I know it cost money in gas, but it really is worth it when talking about a total comfy road trip. Gas cost for 1570 miles = 86.26 gallons at an average $2.95 per gallon = $254.48 cost. Way cheaper than flying, rental, etc.
  12. Agree, GM should have had at least 2 engine choices and they should have rolled out the VOLT powertrain long ago across multiple auto's.
  13. Very cool, but could it fit a Motorcycle? plus with no wall between the seats, I would think it would be windy or was there a wall that I just did not see?
  14. Seattle does rain more often than other places, so that could be why I use it so much more often. The RainX washer fluid works well to keep the windshield treatment lasting longer but still it does wear off.
  15. @Drew Dowdell Maybe if they had taken the Trailblazer / Envoy EXT and made it a 5ft bed it would have been good. After seeing this, I think if they had put a 5 foot bed on it, it would have been a better seller. Plus add electric motor assist for a hybrid.
  16. I am as much an Idiot as Anyone else in this world and have to continue to learn and change all the time. Growing with Humanity to live in our universe and get our butts off this rock into space. Life is ever changing and static is what kills off things not change. Embracing change is why I love and care about everyone and everything and even you Blu. I would never want you to not speak your mind but please try and put yourself as I do in other people's shoes to understand why we need to evolve and why rolling back rather than extending the date of improving things is a mistake. Wishing you the best in your life.
  17. Yes it works and works well. Key important step that many get impatient about, Once you wipe it on the windshield, you have to do it like a wax job and work it over the glass and then let it dry. Depending on Humidity, it can be a few min to an hour. Once it is dry you buff it to a shine and in slow or fast speed, it just beads up and rolls off. Are you really letting the RainX dry to a haze and get fully dry? Once it is dry and you buff it to a shine, even in low speed it just beads up and rolls off. I do my windshields once a week and never have a problem with them in slow speed or high speed traffic and I never have it streak. I buy it in the bulk pack from Costco with two spray bottles and a refill bottle. @oldshurst442 The great thing about the spray is once you do it once a week, it builds up on the windshield and then during winter time you can go every other week, but it just beads up the water. I Put on a pair of Bosch Wipers every other year as RainX is that good at extending the life of the wiper. No skipping, no streaking, Just make sure to let it dry and buff it to a shine. Then Enjoy the Warp Speed effect. Wife Loves that the beads fly off at Freeway speed and she uses the wipers on delay. Heavy splash of water also clears fast.
  18. I would have to agree as the weight has BALLOONED since all the required safety gear that has pushed up weight and roll over protection.
  19. I get the autosense wipers, but like @balthazar I do not miss not having it as I rainX my windshields and all the auto's have it fly off faster than a wiper. Kinda like going Warp Speed. Wife, Daughter and Son all love it and are sold on it for their auto's.
  20. I would hope that you would stay with something bigger. I would hate to have you get hurt in such a small auto. Yes I know it is rated well for crash testing, but the facts still remain the same, small auto's are not as safe as being in something bigger. Your Life to me is worth more than the MPG they give. SmartCar between two trucks. Chevy Sonic Accident I would hate for anyone on this Forum to be in an accident in a compact or especially subcompact car. I cherish everyone here.
  21. I am disappointed that Cadillac did not show off an EV at the NY show.
  22. Saw one of the death trap Alfa Milano on the road today, surprised it was still running. I just find their style Cannot stand or see what is great about the alfa lineup. Costing money that should have been invested in Ram, Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler.
