GMC News: GMC Introduces Refreshed 2020 GMC Acadia
Crazy as I was curious about the 3.6L V6 performance modes and I see you can get for $5,200 a Turbo Kit that can be dialed up to 620HP giving you 11 second quarter mile runs. That is just crazy. http://www.superchevy.com/how-to/engines-drivetrain/1230-performance-mods-for-the-camaro-v6-engine-all-sixed-up/ Yes this is focused on the Camero with that V6, but it seems that tuning kits can get you the following 26HP / 29 lb-ft of torque at the wheels. http://www.kpe-products.com/shop/gm-ecu-tuning/gm-3-6l-di-ecu-tuning-with-module/ Considering that the Camaro is the Highest tuned at 323hp / 278 lb-ft of torque and the Impala is lowest at 300HP / 262 lb-ft of torque. http://gmauthority.com/blog/gm/gm-engines/lfx/ One can imagine that this engine is easily capable of 400hp in a V6 when my 1994 GMC Suburban had 210hp and 300 lb-ft of torque. We have come a long way.

You all need to see this...
Yes it was an awesome finish and still exciting as any ICE F1 race.

February Car Spotting
Thank you, yes this is the dash I was thinking of and to me very retro with the round dial knobs, the upright flat dash and the after thought nav screen. To me this is retro terrible for a modern 21st century auto.

Very cool, I do love how they can track how much energy each auto has left and far more driving skill involved to capitalize on position and finishing.

Just saw this on GMC Instagram story and love the black chrome grill. Best looking in a long time. AT4 Rocks!

Must be thinking of the aviator that has that after thought Nav screen sitting on top of the vents just sticking up in an odd place and the retro controls below. White Nautilus was going the opposite direction from me on 220th here, so saw it coming and going in the mirror was it. Thanks for posting that pic. That is a much nicer dash than what I had in my head. Your right the berry red seats and trim is nice.

Buick News: Buick Cascada Dead After 2019
Have to totally disagree with you on the retro style A-class dash starting at a mind numbing $32,995. The spec's show me I can get many superior auto options for that amount of money from US and Asian auto's. Hell what they are asking for is easily out classed by a higher quality CPO.

Just saw my first in the wild White Lincoln Nautilus. Brand new, only had paper tags in the back window. Sharp looking from the outside, but still not sold on the interior and retro look n feel. Does remind me of the late 70's luxury auto's.

Opera
Just finished getting it updated from when I last tried it 6 months ago, Very different interface, I see they still have the home page of all things advertised. Will play with it and see how it goes as I have recently started to hate the way Chrome and Firefox works and Edge just does not deliver either.

2017 NHTSA Report that Tesla Autopilot Cut Crashes 40% Called "Bogus"
I like to believe that auto pilot type self driving does reduce accidents, but not by 40%.

The truck of a 16 year old.
Awesome, job, Love the work you have done so far. Consider using plastic wheel well liners, this will reduce the rust issue and make it a bit quieter. Excited to see this progress. Give us a little video if you do not mind with your long range plans for the truck. Keep up the great work. This is how I did my first auto which was a Chevy Truck. Complete tear down and rebuild back to factory spec in 1983. Auto Projects Rock!

Buick News: Buick Cascada Dead After 2019
Makes me wonder if GM would not take the smart Business sense of killing off Buick in the US. Leave it GMC, Chevrolet and Cadillac which would make more sense to me than wasting dollars on Buick name plate.

Land Rover News: Land Rover Debuts New Inline-6 Engine
Thanks, the story did not identify that they were building their own. Since they used Ford engines for so long and their own engines are not known to be reliable, I mad the assumption they were taking a German I6 which would make sense over building their own except as you stated. Thanks again for that info.

TAKE THAT KRAUTS: The 2019 Cadillac CTS-V Will Be One of the All-Time Greats
Thank you Drew, Did not know that. Bummer about the CT6, could you have the driveway regraded as a cheaper alternative?

Buick News: Buick Cascada Dead After 2019
As excited as I was when this car came out, I was totally disappointed in it when I saw it at the Seattle Auto show and just not myself but average size people had a hard time fitting in it and the amount of questions all focused on why just a black interior and why just all hard plastic, why does it feel and look so cheap was pretty much a doom from the beginning. This was a great idea, but poorly executed car that will always fail to live up to what was expected.

Land Rover News: Land Rover Debuts New Inline-6 Engine
I6 had their day, V6 has their day now and Electric is the future. I see no reason to waste good money on building a new I6 when they will all be replaced with electric motors. Land Rover is buying the I6 from another company either BMW or MB probably and will then help reduce that companies R&D expense. No reason at all for GM to waste millions if not billions to build one.

But was the body still 100% in tact or rust holes everywhere. I hear the Salt Brine there loves to eat auto's for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

6-wheeled '68 Caddy rumbleseat for sale
Pictures confirm 8 exhaust per side, makes me think it has dual V8 engines based on the info on the website, but clearly no other information to confirm this. Dual V8's tied together is very cool.
