  1. From the album: North Cascade Highway 20 Drive

Big biscuit cut in half, covered with sausage patties, sunny side up eggs and smothered in sausage gravy
  2. Cool that they are doing an EV CUV, sad that they are taking forever to get it here, but then I guess 2020 is looking to be the big EV year with lots of auto options. 2020 - Year of the EV Torque Roll outs! ⚡
  3. If Bugatti can get 1479hp & 1180 lb-ft of torque out of the W16 version of the motor, which equals 92.43HP per cylinder and 73.75 lb-ft of torque per cylinder, then why not make the Speed which has a W12 have 1,109.25 HP and 885 lb-ft of torque. This would be a worthy Speed engine!
  4. Do not forget the most important one, Rockhawk! Then for those that like to do it mile high, Milehighhawk!
  5. Blast from the Past, me at age 18, 1983 regional natural bodybuilding competition.
  6. Would be cool to have the Supercharged V6 that GM put in the Regal GS in this thing. That would give it some fun Zoom Zoom Zoom!
  7. Dropped the SS off for Mobil 1 change and to replace the front windshield as a rock from a construction truck cracked it big time. Interesting is that the GM authentic glass is $799 and two weeks to get but the GM certified replacement glass is $384 and will is available from the local warehouse today. ? They say no difference and will have the same shading as the original that came with the auto new. Got an XT5 to drive, mixed feeling, will give you all an update on it after today's driving. Can tell ya right now, the white interior I HATE! WOW talk about all the dirt and spots from previous drivers. White just should NOT be used on a car interior as humans for the most part are pigs about cleaning up after themselves.
  8. Agree, I do have to wonder if the announcement on this auto was delayed as I would have thought they would have gone with a bigger display too. One has to wonder if their might not be a short life on the 2.5 NA before killing it for the 2.0T. Maybe they figure a short model year to use up the left over 2.5 and then role out 6 months later at a couple hundred dollars more the 2.0T as the new mid year refresh as a base engine.
  9. So the Blazer LT I am thinking will be the base FWD 4 banger appliance, the RS is sweet looking, love the blacked out look and Premier will be the chromed gody looking package me think. Wonder were the SS version is and will it get the TT V6? ? I like @Drew Dowdell thinking of a credible Blazer Trailboss Edition.
  10. Rarely do we ever get a true concept produced as a production auto. Course they did get close with the VOLT and then modernize it in gen 2.
  11. Today at lunch I ran over to Wendy's for a quick bite and saw that even in their senior years, once an asshole still an asshole BMW driver / parking. For dinner took the wife and daughter to Red Robin. Parked right next to a lovely CT-6 with the TTV6 motor. They are sharp and I noticed others were looking at it.
  12. Most of the Batteries are liquid cooled that are getting Ultra Fast Charging. They also have really changed them with the move to solid state batteries and gell pack batteries from the traditional liquid Li battery. I am sure there are more changes coming. You should check out the battery stories I have posted in the alternative fuel section. Here is just one of the latest changes happening in Battery Tech: Did this on the new Ultra Fast Charging battery packs from Toshiba. 6 min for a 200 mile battery pack and 12 min for a 400 mile battery pack for charging.
  13. We now know that this is a Blazer for the US market. Hoping for an SS V8 version or a lighting fast SS EV version. Be really cool. Course I bet they would sell the butt load of the Blazer with the Volt Powertrain getting 100 mpg plus.
  14. I really lke the style and look. As an existing owner of a Trailblazer SS, the interior is way better based on the pictures. I wonder if we can get them to either go with a EV or Volt Powertrain or at least an SS model with the V8. I will have to say this has similarity to the FNR-X that has the VOLT Powertrain that China will get. FNR-X
  15. Only Pantywaist motor is the ICE version. Volt powertrain is solid strong and you know it.
  16. That is the same picture I have seen for a production version of a VOLT power train FNR-X.
  17. Totally agree that the trade war is going to mess up existing plans. In some regards things will get better for all, in others, things are going to hit home like a bomb going off. Interesting times we live in, very interesting! ?
  18. I get what your saying, but I also think most people today tend to think short term in regards to the last 10 years or so and not history long term like allot of us. But I get it. Thx
  19. How is this misleading? All Volvo's in the past have had a diesel option and with this one, there is none as each model will get revamped and diesel will go away.
  20. Cloth wrapping , got it, crispy, flammable, yup, need to replace it. cool, thx. Yup a bum Side job. Better safe than sorry.
