I am happier as @Drew Dowdell pointed out to me on my comment on the picture, it is a hatchback, so not the traditional 4 door coupe. As far as the interior, Drew is hoping for a high end cloth treatment and that might not play well with pictures but could be very nice and warm to the touch. I hope the interior has options for various high end cloth options for a warm soft touch throughout. Would love a Mocha theme interior, Ocean theme, Forest Theme and City theme. I think you could have some very nice luxury cloth interiors.

GM News: GM's Detroit-Hamtramck Given Temporary Reprieve
G. David Felt replied to Drew Dowdell's topic in General Motors
Had an ICE component, they are moving to go all EV. ICE to sell till the EV family is out. Then sell both as the market switches over and then retire ICE. -
I love model railroads! The Kirkland Washington Train Station store is just awesome! If your into trains check out their website, I can spend hours here looking and playing. http://www.eastsidetrains.com/

Have to say while I believe the Coupe look to be tired and overused, this car is far better looking than the Tesla 3. Way to go Polestar!

Peugeot Selected As Brand for PSA's Return to U.S.
G. David Felt replied to Drew Dowdell's topic in Peugeot
I can respect and understand that. Yet past and for me 2yr old experience is still showing that their 28 yrs last entry in the US has not really improved much. Yet that again is based on my last experience 2yrs ago. -
Car insurance was stated as self driving service cars will make people not need auto insurance as they will not have their own auto. I think they are making a crazy assumption that everyone will move to paying for auto service of getting from A to B using a Lyft or Uber type service. Not me, I love to drive. Keys, I can see this happening as I see more and more keyless home door locks and fobs for auto's. I can see the push to go away from keys. Again not for everyone. The remotes, I can see happen as more and more electronics move to using voice control. Guess the household will have shouting matches over what channel to watch.

Mercedes Benz Introduces the New AMG GLE 53: Comments
G. David Felt replied to Drew Dowdell's topic in Mercedes-Benz
Any Idea what their Fragrance AMG#63 smells like? I see it has the S-Class large LCD Display. Some interesting tech spec, I wonder how the start/stop feels. Be interesting to see if you can get it for a review @Drew Dowdell Would love to know your thoughts on driving it for a week. -
Peugeot Selected As Brand for PSA's Return to U.S.

I agree that it does not hurt to have more options, but their history carries a ton of baggage like Fiat and I would have to question if Fiat even makes a profit here with the ton of auto's sitting on their lots. This is more of those of us that have run our own businesses challenge their ability to actually make money and break even let alone a profit especially bringing in an auto line of product that the history has shown was garbage and some still see as garbage. -
https://www.msn.com/en-us/lifestyle/did-you-know/10-everyday-items-that-will-be-extinct-before-you-know-it/ss-BBU3AMn?li=BBnb7Kz#image=1 10 Everyday Items that will become Extinct before you know it. Do you agree with the list? Desktop Computers Keys Physical college text books Televisions Manual Transmissions Analog watches Car Insurance Remote controls DVDs Incandescent lightbulbs I can see many of these changing but not totally going away. Television is one area that for some virtual reality headsets might replace their TV, but having tried from the latest $2,300 version from Microsoft to Dell's and others, just not for me. What do you think?

Peugeot Selected As Brand for PSA's Return to U.S.
G. David Felt replied to Drew Dowdell's topic in Peugeot
Or, GM executives used Opel to hid losses that causes GM to Bankrupt in the first place. GM has always had too many name plates. I honestly think PSA and a few other companies will end up in Bankruptcy also as they struggle with way to many name plates. -
DRIVEN: 2019 Chevrolet Blazer LT AWD 3.6
G. David Felt replied to regfootball's topic in Reader Reviews
True, but when you add what other OEMs have as standard at a lower price, I ended up with a $52K RS AWD that I had to question why would I pay that for a Chevy. -
https://cars.usnews.com/cars-trucks/best-v8-suvs I do find it interesting that this publications website used the Jeep GC SRT for their cover shot on this story of the best V8 SUVs in the market right now. In reverse order with the lowest scoring V8 powered SUV to the top dog, on a scale of 1 to 10 being best, here we go: #23 - Mercedes-Benz G-Class ( 7.2 / 10) #22 - Cadillac Escalade (7.4 / 10) #21 - GMC Yukon Denali (7.5 / 10) #20 - Nissan Armada (7.6 / 10) #19 - Toyota Sequoia (7.1 / 10) #18 - Lexus GX (7.8 / 10) #17 - Lexus LX (7.9 / 10) #16 - Infiniti QX80 (8.0 / 10) #15 - Toyota Land Cruiser (8.1 / 10) #12 - Tie - Chevrolet Suburban, BMW X6 xDrive 50i, Jaguar F-Pace SVR (8.2 / 10) #8 - Tie - Dodge Durango R/T, Range Rover Sport Supercharged, Chevrolet Tahoe, Range Rover Supercharged (8.3 / 10) #7 - Jeep Grande Cherokee SRT (8.4 / 10) #6 - Mercedes-Benz AMG GLE 63 (8.5 / 10) #5 - Maserati Levante GTS (8.6 / 10) #4 - BMW X5 xDrive50i (8.7 / 10) #1 - Tie - Porsche Cayenne Turbo, Mercedes-Benz AMG GLC, Mercedes-Benz GLS 550 (8.8 / 10) To be mentioned is the 2019 Lamborghini Urus, 2019 Bentley Bentayga, which at this time has no score ranking by U.S. News. You can review at the link above the picture for the details of why they ranked them as they did, I do not totally agree with all the reasons, but then that is what you get from various sources of who they think is best. Lincoln Navigator is no longer in this group since no V8 is available for that luxury SUV.

Peugeot Selected As Brand for PSA's Return to U.S.
G. David Felt replied to Drew Dowdell's topic in Peugeot
I have to figure that the amount of Socialist countries in Europe has to do with why people there accept the crap from Fiat, PSA, etc. I honestly just do not get why people like auto's like Peugeot and how crappy they are even now. The last few years traveling for work to Europe and looking at the various rental cars I have ended up in, I have not any faith it will change at all when they come here. Now it has been 2 years since I was in Europe as Dell Technology wants us to do Zoom meetings rather than in person even with customers, but I cannot imagine that PSA has changed their quality in the last 2 years from the garbage I saw just before that. So your saying in the last 2 years since I saw Peugeot in Europe they have turned around to have quality products? Sorry my friend but I have a hard time believing that the Lipstick on the pig fixed the quality issues of the stench. -

Looks like a Camaro was breeded with a Miata and you ended up with this monster. That back end looks unfinished. Ya know like they were running low on funds and could not afford to finish up the rear. Update, so that is the Peugeot e-Legend, their EV concept with self driving. Reminds me of one of GM's 2 person concept auto's they were considering at one time at least in the video on the web site here: https://www.peugeot.de/marke-und-technologie/technologie.html While some interesting EV technologies show, it is still UGLY!
