So True, I honestly have no idea how long GM has had rumors and talked about a mid engine corvette, but it seems to me to have been since the 70's or 80's. So if 1973 was the start, then WOW, talk about a freakin long Gestation period. ?♂️

Now that this is here, it will be interesting to see how many of my coworkers who are Apple faithful to the core and talked about if they could not have an iCar, they would buy a Tesla once the $35K version was ready actually buy. I can now say where is your Tesla? ?

DRIVEN: 2019 Chevrolet Blazer LT AWD 3.6
G. David Felt replied to regfootball's topic in Reader Reviews
Agree, I would take the GC with the V8 over a TTV6 in a Traverse. I also do not need the 3rd seat, but if I was to stick with GM, the TTV6 would make the RS a true performance CUV. -
Your not that old, only 1yr older than me.

12 year old 1979 Ranchero GT or El Camino SS 22 year old 1989 Skyline GTR 32 year old 1999 GMC Yukon GT 42 year old 2009 Cadillac XLR-V 52 year old in November, so I choose the right of the Future 2019 Cadillac EV as NOTHING current on the market really makes me go WOW, Gotta own it.

WOW, your right does look a bit like the Suburban and in RS trim with V6, AWD and a very nice package, it comes in over $2,000 dollars less than the Blazer. I am liking this way better than the Blazer. -
Chrysler News: FCA Expanding Michigan Production Capacity
G. David Felt replied to Drew Dowdell's topic in Chrysler
Much appreciate the clarity Drew. The larger size seemed to be a move to full size, but weird to know it was still Dakota based even though it was noticeably bigger than Gen 1. I do like the Gen 3 Durangos. @Robert Hall I agree that the Gen 2 and 3 of the Dakota are like MIA around here and yet you see a ton of Gen 1 Dakotas still. Clearly Dodge lost their way with Gen 2 Durango's and Gen 2 & 3 Dakota's. I will say that the V8 engine in Gen 2 Dakota's is a nightmare. My sister had one and unloaded it as it was just one thing after another breaking. Once out of warranty, not worth keeping it. -
Chrysler News: FCA Expanding Michigan Production Capacity

2004 to 2009 Second Generation Durango that my nephew had for a few years and got rid of as it was a problem line, but was based on the full size Ram pickup boxed frame unlike the first generation and third generation Durangos. My understanding and from what I see on the web is my Daughters 99 Durango is based on the same boxed frame as the Dakota, but for the second generation Durango / Aspen SUV they built it off the Ram frame as the SUV became 7 inches longer, 2 inches wider and 3 inches taller due to the Ram underpinnings. Gen 1 Gen 2 I admit I could be wrong but that was my understanding. Generation 2 was a full size and did not do as well as Generation 1 as to why Gen 3 went back to the same formula as Gen 1. -
Mercedes Benz Introduces the New AMG GLE 53: Comments

I like this grill better than the GLC refresh Drew just posted with those two horizontal bars. -
I would suggest all your accounts change the password and make sure you use the upper and lower letters, with symbols and numbers. That makes it much harder to hack.

Durango FAILED as a full size SUV. They need to keep it in the size it is and if they want a full size SUV for Dodge, then bring out something New like you said based on the Full size RAM Wagoneer or what ever Jeep calls it. -
Maybe holding back some details for the Geneva show?

I am happier as @Drew Dowdell pointed out to me on my comment on the picture, it is a hatchback, so not the traditional 4 door coupe. As far as the interior, Drew is hoping for a high end cloth treatment and that might not play well with pictures but could be very nice and warm to the touch. I hope the interior has options for various high end cloth options for a warm soft touch throughout. Would love a Mocha theme interior, Ocean theme, Forest Theme and City theme. I think you could have some very nice luxury cloth interiors.
